Super structure, great team of installers lead by Damon and super customer service from order to install. Would definitely recommend.

OSC are a fantastic business. Why? Because they deliver a top quality product with a brilliant team. The whole process was seamless and efficient. Great communication throughout our journey. Installed to our specifications by professional team led by Chris. Finally, Charlotte in the admin team deserves special praise for her commitment and excellent people skills making ever stage a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't rate this business highly enough and recommend them to anyone considering a glass outdoor dream.Thank you everyone and I wish you all the success you deserve.

The personnel at Open Space Concepts were professional from our initial enquiry, to measuring up and installation of our bespoke sun room.

Wonderful product - kept informed of progress throughout the order. Installers arrived promptly and did a great job of the installation - cleaned up after themselves and finished on time.
Very happy with our new garden building.

The whole experience was great. Office staff were easy to contact, really helpful, and made the process run smoothly. The fitters were incredible, and so patient and helpful when a huge leak was discovered right where the glass room was being installed! The room is great and better than we could have imagined.

Open Space were excellent in all aspects from initial enquiry to final payment - the entire overall experience was first class admin wise and installation wise.
Everyone that had seen it have been very impressed - we are so pleased and it was done in time so my American relatives got the benefit - they were very impressed - great job OpenSpace - thank you

From first enquiry through to survey and then fitting the service was excellent. The team were very helpful and supportive throughout the purchasing process. The fitters were efficient, courteous and polite. There was nothing I could fault.

Open Space Concept were incredibly informative and helpful from the very beginning all the way through to the installation of our pergola. The team took the time to explain every detail, answered all our questions promptly, and made sure we were confident with our choices. The installation was smooth, professional, and the final result exceeded our expectations — the pergola looks amazing!

Excellent company and team
Highly impressed would definitely recommend 10/10

We were very impressed from the sales call to site survey to install, the install team were excellent, letting me know everything they were doing and explaining everything on how to open and close all doors. Overall opinion, excellent from start to finish.

Had this company to fit a pergola in our courtyard, 💯 happy with everything from our first visit to there showroom to installation, the installation guys were brilliant ln explaining how everything works and left everything clean and tidy…
Would 💯 highly recommend this company..

We are very impressed with the professional service provided by OSC from start to finish. From discussing our initial requirements, to the knowledgeable surveyor, the cheerful office staff who kept us well informed, to the installers who were conscientious, polite and considerate and took pride in their work resulting in an ideal finished structure. Our grateful thanks to you all for providing a useful addition to our home which we will utilise for years to come. J & G.

My initial interaction with different staff members was professional, and low key. There was absolutely no pressure sales and I was told straight away what the price would be for my requested design. The site visit to finalise measurements etc was helpful and informative and assisted in making decisions about things like lighting, drop down blinds, colours etc.
Payments were requested in line with their payment schedule and updates on progress of the order were provided by telephone.
When the dates for installation were agreed, they were honoured. The installation team were highly skilled and professional and completed the work quickly without cutting any corners.
I am delighted with the Pergola. The price is higher than elsewhere, but they were the only Company I found that offered a genuine bespoke design, coupled with installation included in the price. Furthermore the quality of the product is very high and the installation is perfect.

The staff right across the board were extremely helpful from start to finish. The sales team allowed us to decide on our needs with gentle guidance whenever needed, administrative staff kept us informed at all times and the installation team where professional, friendly, involving/advising if any tweaks required. All in all providing us with a glass room we are very happy with.

The whole process of fitting the pergola to clearing the area when the job was completed was excellent. The team worked efficiently and were thorough. Once installed, one of the team explained the remote and generally explained simply and clearly the product

Really pleased with my glass veranda, high quality finish and it’s like having an extra room outside.
Very friendly and professional staff throughout & love the quality of the work.
They’re not cheap but definitely worth the money as it’s a long term enhancement to my house.

Excellent work by Open Space Concepts. Very organised team, clean working, and communicative all the way through from initial showroom visit until they left today. Professional from start to finish 👌

Fantastic work from start to finish. They helped us understand the options available and in selecting the right solution. During the install, they worked throughout the day in the hot sun to get the job done - very pleased with the end result. Thank you.

Glass room (glass roof, aluminium back, end half glass/aluminium, full front glass sliding doors) 6m x 3m installed completed Saturday 28th June 2025 - very professional and efficient team installing. Duration of installation was 4 full days, and half a day for final completion. The team worked very well together, obviously have time served working together because they worked as one in such an experienced and efficient manner.
Extremely impressed with the level of service and process, from first engagement, to our input to the design and materials, continuous communication throughout giving regular updates on manufacturing lead times to the installation of the final product.
Super happy with our glass room - would without any hesitation recommend!
