I was very unimpressed with the service I received from the agent I dealt with, Haider Khan. He failed to contact me on two occasions regarding the status of my application despite saying he would and left it to me to continually chase him up with me being repeatedly fobbed off. Despite me sending the information he required and him telling me that with a holding deposit, the place would be secured pending further checks, I called to find the place had been let. I understand he was off for a bit, but he gave no handover to colleagues nor did he keep me updated when he was actually in. He didn't even have the professionalism or the courtesy to call me and inform me that the place had been let to someone else. I also noticed that a property very similar to this was later advertised and the agent failed to notify me of this even though he said he would inform me if similar lettings were available in the future. The way in which my application was handled was both appalling and frustrating. I felt no sense of customer care.

Completely unprofessional. Was happy to put my partner on a tenancy without referencing them which is illegal. Spoken to with disrespect and belittle. Managed told me i was incapable on understanding as i wasn't in the sector of work. Asked for a refund of deposit and they have change the policy 5 or 6 times as to why they cant refund it. Scammed at its finest.
Awful customer service.

It's been 3 months now that I've been trying to get a viewing on an apartment - Sonia Hussain keeps telling me she will get back in touch with me with a date when they're free, yet she never does. Property is still on rightmove the whole time. Tried on 5 separate occassions, but all I get is misleading and lies.
