Update. It’s now been nearly a month since I placed the order. I still have had no response after numerous emails and calls. I was told I would be getting a refund over 2 weeks ago and still had no money back. This company is a scam and have no customer support.
I placed an order for a Louis Vuitton keepall, paying £631. Shortly afterwards, I was informed the order was cancelled with no explanation and that I would be getting a refund. I have tried to email the company 3 times with no response and as yet, have not received a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I really enjoyed it. The purchased item is very beautiful and perfectly preserved... But the added value was the professional customer service that guided me to the purchase with great availability and professionalism. I recommend it to everyone
Great company to buy vintage from. Bought a Lady Dior before Christmas and it arrived in absolute perfect condition as described. Very efficient and no hidden taxes or customs added to the price. Was looking to buy a Chanel bag and Violet sent me extra photos showing scratches on the bag. Because of their transparency I didn't buy that particular bag in the end. I'm in the process of buying another Chanel and will review when I get her! Very happy with the service here and any queries or concerns were answered immediately. The process is smooth , OFV deals with all taxes and delivery , the price on the website is exactly what I paid for , no additional cost , however when I was unboxing the parcel I found dead insect which is unbelievable and ridiculous , a chanel bag and insect together ………………
tried to leave a review on their own trust.io site but it would not let me, maybe because it wasn't 5 stars like the other reviews. First a big thankyou to the customer help team on the chat. After all my messages and question over the last 18 days I am sure you are sick of me. The item arrived today, 16 days after it said shipped. I followed the tracking number and it didn't move for 4 days. Alarm bells, I rang DHL and they told me they didn't have anything, only a label had been raised by the supplier OfV. Now that made me suspicious especially in todays financial climate. Here we go, no present for the wife for Christmas. I contacted my Credit card to check i was insured, thankfully I paid with the credit card so yes. Went out to buy wife another present of similar type, 4 times the price, oh well needs must. Then to my surprise after 10 days of chasing everyone, the shipment began to move on the DHL website, 3 days later it arrived 18th. From 29th to 18th to arrive. I could have lived with that if i knew in the beginning. Well my lucky wife now has two presents and my wallet is a lot lighter. Still, thanks to the chat team for eventually getting it sorted.
Very efficient, I recently purchased handbag...they were very helpful and got back to me very quickly with any query that I had...the item came as described and very quickly. The prices are very good compared to other popular second hand luxury good sites. Recommend highly.
Open For Vintage were excellent in every way. A beautiful item exactly as described and delivered quickly. Unfortunately my wife didn’t like it and they also dealt with a return and refund with the same polite and prompt efficiency.
