OOOSCH!! I’ve been playing for years and only ever had small wins, finally got a BIG win! Had €10 left in my account for the week and used it to buy tickets. I did not expect to bag a win! But the team are spot on throughout my whole experience. The last few years especially, they always answered any queries and answered it within 24hrs. Talk about customer service - definitely 5🌟!
