Additionally their easy-to-use app really helped with sharing of documents, reaching out to the ONP team and staying informed through the whole process. I have used ONP for conveyancing twice now, they provide a brilliant service from start to finish & the electronic app makes things so easy & simple to follow. My experience with ONP Solicitors has been very good! I had Aleks Zeglicki acting as my solicitor and he is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything very well! Unfortunately, I cannot give a good review. We used OnPoint for the purchase of a flat and the whole process lacked in communication. The service felt so impersonal and at times we got very frustrated by the lack of response to our queries both via app and via email, despite chasing. I also found the use of the app that was imposed on us, very inconvenient. We received all documents on the app and I was loosing my sight trying to read them on my phone. Obviously you can save the docs somewhere else and then read but it feels like a tedious and slow process. I tried to find the app on my Mac or IPad with no luck, so I was stuck with the little screen. Sending the docs via email would have been much better!
We were initially with Gemma, and then our file was transferred to Alex, with some improvement, but with the inconvenience of a new person who had to learn the case at the end of the process. I think the quality of the work was good but they could have made the process more personal with more calls to the clients and explain things on the phone and not only on documents. Instead there was never a spontaneous call. I am afraid we won’t use them anymore, although it was our second time (first time it was a lease extension, a much more straightforward process that didn’t need much follow up). I am sorry, you have lost a client.
