This company takes absolutely no responsibility for delivering packages. For the past four days, I have been trying to track down my shipment, while their courier company repeatedly claims that delivery was attempted and that my relatives refused to accept the package. This is completely untrue.

What makes the situation even worse is that the company has now stopped answering my calls and has provided no meaningful assistance or resolution. Their poor service and lack of accountability completely ruined our festival and caused unnecessary stress and frustration.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Wish I could give them zero ratings. Please think twice before using their services.

I placed an order for a rakhi 15 days prior to the intended delivery date, but it was only delivered on that date, which was not acceptable.

To add to my dissatisfaction, I was informed that my package was on hold due to customs clearance, a detail that I was not made aware of until I reached out to your support team. It was disappointing to learn that the responsibility for notifying customers about such issues was not taken seriously.

Furthermore, my attempts to contact Shanker, the owner, were unhelpful. After a brief acknowledgment of the issue, my call was disconnected, and subsequent attempts were met with difficulty, as it seems my number may have been blocked.

Given this experience, I am left questioning why I would choose to order from your company again

I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible delivery. My both orders for rakhi did not reach their destination at all. I had ordered 16 days before Rakhi day from US. Although the site said it would send it on time, the orders never reached. I would never use this site again.

I have placed an order for Red Crystal Stone & AD Studded OM Rakhi
with Half Pound Kaju Katli to be delivered to my brother in US on 17th Aug and here are difficulties faced:

There is no confirmation from the online portal that the package has been delivered and the UPS # is incorrect as it does not fetch anything.
There was no communication between the UPS about the delivery of the package.
When contact the online portal via emails (2) nobody responds and none answers the phone number provided on the portal
Instead of the OM Studded Rakhi they have delivered a cheap (spent 1601 rs ) Angry Birds Rakhi .

Though these guys are better by delivering something rather than Rakhibazaar.com who have never delivered the Rakhi last year , I would suggest to reachout to someone in US to get an authentic website and who really care for the money that we spend and the emotions that are attached in sending some special wishes.

Delivered Rakhis in a nicely packed box in 2 business days of ordering. One a little different than in the set advertised, but good quality. Would surely recommend. They used blue dart courier for mine, and I received emails with tracking numbers and name of person who received it. Problem might be with other local courier companies which screw the delivery.

I ordered Rakhi with sweets (200gms Kaku katli) they delivered different rakhis (of course cheaper and shabby looking) and no sweet not even a single peice forget about 200 grams. Have already send them an email will update once I get any response from them (if at all).



P.S. I just don't go on writing bad reviews about anyone . This is my second time they have cheated me.

I ordered Rakhi to send to my brother in Gurgaon and two cousins in Pune. As I am not in India, I just searched and saw this store online as a first link on Google, and ended up placing the order. And later after confirming both orders, I happened to check the reviews here about them and I was shocked. As I then thought to myself that how could I have been so stupid to not check reviews before using a website. Then, I asked my brother and cousins to keep an eye out on the order and let me know if and when it delivers.

Unlike bad reviews here, I do not have any complain at all. To Gurgaon, the order reached within 3 days and to Pune it reached in 4 days. I had ordered chocolates along with Rakhi and the pack was wrapped very neatly along with the roli tikka and rakhis. I have no complain on the web store and I am surprised why others had a bad experience. I give it 5 stars as the order was seamless transaction and reached by brothers, two weeks before Raksha Bandhan!

They dont send deliveries. 1st take your money and then says its courier company fault. So you will not send anything and pay these chepos money. Hopeless suckers. DO NOT USE

I lost my money and now these guys are not even responding and laughs when you call them.

I sent rakhi in August to India and Its now end of September and they never sent any rakhi and when I tried calling the customer care number, No one answer that. Its a fake site, Please don't waste money on this.

Ordered Rakhi on 18th still not delivered.....
Also the number mentioned on website is always switched off!!!

Everything that could go wrong went wrong with my order. The order was placed on 14th Aug and even after requesting for immediate delivery, was delivered on 21st afternoon. The beautiful Ganesh wood box was completely damaged, with glass top broken and the corners coming apart. Rakhis that were delivered were completely different from the ones I ordered. Complete rip off...I am never going to use them again. Really disappointed!

Order braclete rakhi but delievered is the totally different as shown in the site...no replies nthg dont ever go with these guys...totally fraud site and totally fraud peoples...waste of money totally.

Totally fraud site! Waste of money and effort! Try to contact them by phone as the rakhees were not delivered phone is forever switched off! Courier services cannot find the house even after repeatedly giving the right address! Family tried to contact the courier services, they will not pick up the phone! FRAUD!!!!!!!

I ordered a rakhi and a pack of ferrero rocher chocolates for my brother. The rakhi delivered was different from what they showed online, which was still okay. But the chocolate, they delivered some fake local chocolate in a packing similar to ferrero rocher. This is an absolute rip off. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!
