My flatmate and I were impressed with the selection and prices, and stocked up on cleaning products for the year. The 3rd party courier messed up the delivery, losing half the order, but Nial at OPS customer service was great and got everything 100% sorted again within 24 hours. Will be back!

Always had good experiences with OPS, but they went above and beyond on this order. I chose for my parcel to be delivered by Evri as it was cheapest, but two weeks later, I hadn't received it and the Evri tracking was coming up with all sorts of excuses. I contacted OPS and they discovered that these were indeed just ridiculous excuses and that my parcel had been damaged in transit - this is on Evri 100%, not OPS, especially since they don't force you to choose Evri as a delivery option. They emailed me back and offered to resend the order at no extra cost through DPD Next Day delivery, which I was amazed by. Absolutely brilliant service and I'll continue to use them instead of any other similar store when need be.

Quick and easy and delivery excellent

Do not buy from this company. Brought items showing stock in good faith only to be told it was an error. Had an email to say they had processed my refund but so far I haven’t had my money back and its been 8 days now

Tried to order with my mastercard but wouldn’t accept it. Only wanted visa payment? I pay with credit card for extra security….why don’t you take them?

It’s a scam tried to use them on Instagram link because trust pilot gave it a high rateing and the transaction didn’t go through but to foreign companies tried to take over £100 at the bank account overnight and it’s connected to this company

I used this website for the first time to order a product that is no longer available (Nivea Ecorefill tablets), not only do they stock them but they have several fragrances to choose from. My order arrived really quickly (3 working days/standard service) and was well packaged. A separate item of makeup arrived incorrectly so I sent an email, a reply came from Josh within 10 minutes, which was impressive. The correct item has been courier shipped with no quibble, you don’t get better than that in my book!

Purchased 12 of what i believed to be L’Oriel Men Expert -4 Ice Caps Shower Gel for my husband, only to discover that the product was something all together different. Following conversation with L’Oriel, who stated the product i received was not produced by them and so were unable to help further and appeared to have no interest either, which i found very suspect and unusual. Be very cautious buying from this company, who blamed their ‘supplier’ whom they also own!!!!

After EVRI destroyed my package and told me to contact the store for a refund, OPS resent my order next day delivery, which isn't even something massive worldwide companies do. Amazing customer service!

Omg avoid this company I have been sent an order of filthy products that were covered in black mould out of date items I’m actually shocked this is a major health risk I’ve binned the lot and waiting to hear back

A really nice company to deal with and fabulous products at great prices. I ordered a box of things and was really pleased with everything. I spoke with Ben by email who was enormously helpful and solved the small issue that I had. I will definitely be using this store again.
