simply perfect best staff ever. Nadine and Lee gave us the best service as did both Hectors front desk and in the naked crab. had a 1960's feel to hotel with a modern menu. I was miffed by the $24 shrimp cocktail with three shrimp on it. then I saw it. each shrimp was the size of a small lobster tail. dinner not needed after. the chef is also very talented, I never met her. Lauren at the salty siren was also super fast and friendly. We are going back in 2 months. great nightlife great speed of life. beats Miami then again I'm forty now and not what I once was on the night life scene, but not off by much. thanks again.cant say enough

My wife & I stayed at Quechan couple weeks ago before visiting son in San Tan Valley Arizona. Always wondered about it since built approx. 6-7 years ago. So, this trio stopped stayed for two days. Pool lazy river was nice but would have liked it more if grandsons were with us. Hopefully next time. Restaurant nice good food value. Steakhouse, Ironwood, was outstanding. Maria, hostess, was a polite young lady who made one feel important, not just a customer. Our waitress was outstanding. Showed real, not required, care & concern we were both happy. Her name was Gracie. You felt not like a customer, but a family member eating in a home. She's a keeper & one of reasons we are going to return to Quechan.

Beautiful Hotel, front facing employees treat every guest special. Management needs help. Disastrous experience in Main Dining room with inept managers who seemed ill equipped to handle issues and a front desk manager who made things worse. Thankfully, dinner in the Wine cellar superb. Again, the wait staff and valet should train the managers.

Nestled in west section of Essex CT, the beautiful riverside boating community, we found the Ivoryton INN. Open for 150 years, it was remodeled and is, clean, comfortable and quite reasonable. Its location is great, near everything. We loved it. JON AND JAYME

A versatile hotel - for couples, families, groups and all ages. Great pool and well equiped gym. Food is fantastic and good entertainment. Beach nearby and 15 minute walk to St Helier town centre and buses to rest of the island.

Sang Oh, is always friendly and willing to make your stay enjoyable. He checks our sports power equipment and vehicles at night so we can rest easy. Conveniently located with easy shopping, dining, and freeway east or west nearby. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The SeaGarden Beach Resort is a family owned and operated resort. It is clean, full of history, and all of the furniture and toiletries are handmade on site! There is a private cove beach where guests can swim in the warm Jamaican sea! The food is authentic and delicious! The staff is very accommodation and friendly! Rocky, who runs the gift shop is friendly and has great prices! Everything you want to do for fun and relaxation is available at this quaint resort!!

STAFF WAS FABULOUS, AT THE FRONT DESK.
Wrong room to start-know balcony-know soak deep tub. Offered another since it was late and we were so tired form the flight. We decided to stay in the room until the next day so we would get our correct room, for that day the price was corrected. I woke up on mole on my pillow and sheet, layed down did not turn the sheet back was so tired I saw it when I woke up, yes I turned i. took a while for us to get our room, I turned it in to the staff and I took pictures, will post soon. STAFF came in to the room and looked at it. We had to wait until our room was cleaned that took more than half the day, so we did not enjoy our room like we planned, but we still had to pay the same amount for the room. They should off credited us in may ways with these kind of mistakes, this is not a cheap hotel. They took our Robs and did not replace. We still needed Robs. They should have explained, Robs are good for ???. Coffee, sugar in the room but the creamer was not there. Why, really.
We did enjoy our correct room, large full kitchen-soak tub was great for us. like a sauna. Big living room-2 bathrooms and lots of places to put your clothes, iron and board. pots and pans, plates, cuts glasses, lots of snacks and alcohol in the room, we did not touch it. Not sure if they charge you to use paper towels. The made all the corrections, and the rest of the stay was great,
*balcany need clean or new pillows, cover with plastic. they were so unattractive for a 4-5 star hotel.
*check beds before you rent out, house keeping is ok.
*check doors on balcony
*make sure all shower and bathroom water handles,
faucet equipment is working good. so guest are fully satisfied.
I WOULD STAY AGAIN, ITS LIKE CONDO AND NEAR THE BEACH, STAFF WAS ON IT, HOUSE KEEPING NEED MORE TRAINGING. CLEANING MEANS JUST THAT. PEOPLE PAY THEY WAS EXCELLENT SERVES. THE SAUNA WAS TO HOT.

it helped me plan for a vacation on budget. what a great find.
