Went with size guide, but item a little on the small side. Emailed customer service and did get a response, and was looking to do an exchange order at the same price as original order had an offer on it. Advised that the next size up was longer by quite a bit. So unfortunately didn’t that wouldn’t be right either for me. The original length was fine. So I was deliberating it for a few days. Why just because you need larger size would you need longer!!!

So did raise a return which is a tedious process. We did get a refund but due to the hefty administration costs we are out of pocket. Why would anyone therefore order again in case the fit was incorrect! Really not acceptable ONEPIECE

I have been emailing for a few weeks now since re the return fee and not heard anything.

I have two suits which I like from them, good quality and sizing. However, I have also ordered two different suits of the same size which were too big and that's where the problems begin. Returns are a lot of work, you need to print out the labels and attachments whereas most stores provide them with the package. Also you need to pay to return items. I don't think I'll order from them again because it is so strenuous if you need to return.

I have many of Onepiece items of clothing and really like them. However, I purchased a gift on 22/10/24 for a Christmas gift. The parcel is still unopened and I have emailed them 3 times as the same item was the reduced by 40% two weeks later and today is now 50%!!
No response to any of my emails at all. It’s impossible to get any reply and NO contact number. I will never purchase again from her now or recommend. I would of at least expected a reply and an offer to either return or refund the saving. Shocking service!! :(

Very overpriced and sub standard quality. I bought 3 onesies from this store for over £300 expecting the quality to be outstanding and long lasting. 2 out of 3 of the zippers broke within 12 months of owning them. Even washing these onesies on a delicate cycle somehow manages to break the zips. Rubbish quality. Don't waste your money.

This has got be the worst jacket. Doesn't fit. I know now I've been conned out of my money an I'm a pensioner. Shame their in China coz I'd be through their door. Don't buy this rubbish.

I bought this jacket thinking it was coming from the uk it's nothing like the one on the video and it come from China I would be ashamed to go out in it I'm just going to put it in the bin where it belongs avoid this company like the plague.

Purporting to sell leather jackets at discounted prices. The result is a horrifically poor quality fake leather jacket from China which I immediately threw into the bin. Beware beware - awful company !

This company advertises fraudulently and dishonestly. The so-called 'Aviator Jacket' or Bomber Jacket shown in the images, were of high quality. What eventually turned up was rubbish. It's such a poor garment I wouldn't give it away, it's embarrassingly bad.
The tailoring is non-existent and the quality is pathetic.
These people are shocking liars and con-men !! Give them a VERY wide berth, they deal in nothing but rubbish. Just rubbish ! I cannot give them any stars at all...NONE. If it were possible to give MINUS Stars I would do so. Utter rubbish they are, stay away !!!

Jacket I ordered is not that bad to be fair. I’ve amended my review

Firstly let me say, I want to give no stars, but can't. I Watched video on Facebook on a WW2 style airforce jacket. The advert showed a English man going on about jacket and how they make it, from leather ect. It looked good, so I ordered one. The next thing I get word it's been dispatched, and it was coming from China. So I asked on their add on FB " How can this advert show an English man talking about it, and it's coming from China. I got told off by FB and blocked from saying anything on advert.
Well it took 30 days to get here, and guess what? Not anything like the one the English guy was showing. Not leather, lining poor imagination wool, and the zips keep getting stuck.

Avoid like the plaque, it's a rip off and not worth the money they ask.
No doubt if I hadn't already been block, I would after telling the truth on their fb post
If anyone reading this can still write on their advert on FB. Warn people to read reviews first. Because you can't write negative reviews on their FB advert

DO NOT BUY FROM ONEPIECE, IT IS A CON.
BARCLAYCARD HAVE HAD TO PUT A BLOCK ON THE PAYMENT, WHILE THEY TRY TO RECOVER FUNDS.
THEY TAKE MONEY BUT DONT SEND GOODS.

Horrible RETURN POLICY! WRONG SIZE GUIDE!!!! I lost £15 with them due to their mistake!
I trusted their Size Guide, which indicated XS for me ( 158cm height, 58kg ), and when it arrived, the XS is HUGE!
I am drowning in it.
Their guide is wrong! I lost money because of their mistake.
I have paid almost £6 for delivery to the UK and now because of their wrong sizing guide, I have to pay an extra £9.99 to return this item!
They are far too expensive and you have to cover delivery and return????
I don't have any option to exchange.

Customer Service is very poor.
Please be aware.
Quality is very standard like H&M, nothing amazing to be honest.

Used to like them, but their advertising became scam as i mentioned !
