I purchased an iPhone from this company, and had an issue with the battery, I returned the phone as requested for a new battery. Four days later, inc weekend, the phone arrived back in perfect condition with a new battery fitted.
Excellent service.

Bought an iPhone from this company. When it arrived it had scratches to the screen. Sent it back using their label.
They claim not to have received it.
I am left out of pocket and without an iPhone. Still in dispute with them, but they continue to dismiss my complaints!!

I have purchased 3 phones. All at the highest quality offered - All failed fast.
Last purchase - battery was at 67% max when received. Zero response from vendor.

Quality of components used to refurb are very poor.
I took it to Fone World - who replaced the battery (as it was very cheap and had failed) and upgraded the screen.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is a disgrace. I bought a phone via Ebay with a 12 month warranty. It started ghost tapping. I contacted them but they said the warranty doesn't cover it. I then received a return label out of the blue, so thought they'd seen sense. I returned the phone but they only refunded me £105 out of £210. Now they ignore all messages. They are theives. Be careful and do not use.

Avoid this company. Bought a phone which failed within warranty (bricked). They ignored all communications (email, phone calls, messaging). I ended up going via Small Claims, getting a county court judgement against them, and paying for a bailiff to recover costs and goods. Bailiffs reported back saying this company is now BANKRUPT and so I’ve lost it all. Avoid, avoid avoid!!

I ordered 2 iPhone Xr's on amazon from OneMoreMobile

They sent me 1 for the price of 2 and did not contact me , cannot call on any number they have
amazon investigating ...........Scammers stay away from them.

Great company to work with, I always buy my iPhones from them.

Reasonable prices but didn’t send the item they said they would! The item was probably a grade two or 3 and dirty. I still havent received the phone check receipt. When you complain you have to jump through hoops to get anywhere and even then they don’t sort the issues! Shame really as I was expecting much more from this company!

Have always got good,reliable and top products from them..Have been shopping with them for the last 6years and I have got no regreats..Well done guys and pleas keep it up.

The product purchased was excellent, customer services was also a topnotch.
Overall, it's a wonderful professional service.

Very poor product. Phone kept switching off. Company very difficult to get in contact with and refused to refund me. I am now stuck with a phone that doesn't work properly and will have to spend more money to buy another phone. Do not buy from this company. I have been sent 3 replacement phones and each one has not worked! That is why it has been going on for 8 months!!

They delivered my iPhone on time and it’s working perfectly. I will still buy another phone from them because am impressed
