Patient, Helpful & Caring
What a fantastic team! The one oneministore team offered orders of an exclusive teddy bear to Hong Kong, and I was lucky enough to be able to secure one of them. The deposit, final payment and postage was so simple and well organised. They were very supportive and patient. They helped me with personalisation, showing me examples and making suggestions for it to look the best. I am SO HAPPY with my log-on bear, and for the wonderful freebies and thank you note. Great experience!

Beautifully curated stationery
I met this small business owner, Kennis, at a stationery event called Stationery Fest. I had ready gotten great feedback from a friend who shopped with them before, so I was quite optimist before even meeting Kennis at the event.
She gave a lot of personalized attention, and knew what things I might love, always with a smile on her face.
The products are of great quality, super super cute, and these are things that are difficult to find in Europe.
Well worth it! Highly recommend.

Lovely stationery with rare Totoro items
Oneministore offers a wide variety of stationery with an impressive selection! I especially love the Totoro stamp — it’s so cute and unique, and quite rare to find in the UK. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys creative or anime-themed stationery!

Amazing stationery goodies

I loved this store, there is such a nice range of cute and pretty stationary, including stamps, stickers, pens and more! Really great prices and so happy with everything I brought!

Very service minded little stationery shop going from market stall to on-line shopping
Not sure why it says that the company is located in the US because that is not the case. Oneministore is a lovely stationery shop, owned by a woman from Hong Kong, who loves Japanese stationery and decided to set up shop at local markets in Northern England.
Last summer, 2024, she decided to branch out a little bit and test the waters at a bigger ”market” i.e. Stationeryfest in Manchester. And as far as I can tell, she was very successful, because her shop has everything for the lover of Japanese stationery. Everything from studio Ghibli stickers, rubberstamps, washi tapes and pens, to more generally loved products from Mind Wave, Mu Life Style etc. At her stall, you could find everything from notebooks, stamps, pens, rub-ons, stickers galore.
I was so scared that things would sell out before I got to her stall, at this huge event with over 200 shops, that I had pre-ordered things I had seen on the shop’s instagram account. The owner was as sweet as can be and made videos for me as well as taking close up photos, so I would know exactly what I was pre-ordering.
After the event, I was a little bit concerned since she did not have an on-line shop yet. Since June 2024, I have placed two more orders from Oneministore, and it has solely been via instagram and personal communication with the owner. Her patience is immense. She is willing to take photos and videos of everything. Do pen tests and paper tests. Even bring in items from Japan on request.
Since I live in Sweden, it has been a little bit more complicated than if I had been living in the UK. But we have worked things out perfectly via IG messages. As soon as I have settled on which items to buy, I have been given the sum to pay and we have sorted things via paypal. And all my items have been first class and a true delight. Shipping has been fast and uncomplicated and the items packaged in a professional manner.
She is in the process of setting up an on-line shop for all her available items and I am looking forward to an even smoother shopping experience.
