What a lifesaver OneHourSiteFix turned out to be! My website was hacked and defaced, and these guys swooped in like digital superheroes. I was so impressed by the speed of their service. My web development company had tried to fix the site for days and failed , so they recommended to me that we hired OneHourSiteFix. They will throw you under the bus when the going gets tough
We got a carding attack on our Magento checkout page where a hacker was testing credit card numbers using our checkout page. We do have Cloudflare and a captcha but they are probably paying minions to solve the captchas manually.
It’s a tough one to protect from, I’ll give them that.
However, 2 days later and after giving me the “we are working on it emails” when I was asking for an update, we got an email from a guy named “Marvin” telling us:
"it’s with regret that we find ourselves unable to provide the support you might need when issues occur. We are genuinely sorry that our services could not meet your needs on this occasion, and we wish you every success in your future endeavors.”
Their old Sharkgate firewall version was conflicting with our Cloudflare and they had caused a ton of issues in the past to our Magento website so we decided to disable it and stick with the SharkGate scanner alone.
Then they released a new version which again does not work properly with a caching script we have on Cloudflare. They didn’t even know what that script does cause they thought it’s for our protection.
After being a customer for 4.5 years (since Apr 11, 2019), when they found that they can’t protect us, they decided to throw us under the bus.
If you are still a paying customer, pray that a tough attack like this one doesn’t happen to you also. They are around for the good times, while you are paying them, but when the going gets tough “they regret they can no longer provide their services”

We need to correct you on this, the script definitely does have blocking capabilities, processing all website requests and restricting access based on specified criteria, as shown in this example snippet of the code:

Secondly, our primary objective has always been to prioritise the security of our clients and their customers. These vulnerabilities present significant risks, and we did inform you that your refusal to implement necessary security patches might compromise your customers’ sensitive information.
It's imperative to understand that neglecting such essential security measures poses risks not just to the businesses, but also to the clients and patrons of the said businesses.
We made every effort to collaborate with you and offer guidance. However, your decision to retain the mentioned script and reluctance to secure your installations limited our capacity to assist effectively. We communicated this concern repeatedly, which ultimately led to our decision to issue a refund.
We are genuinely sorry that we could not find common ground regarding these security measures and collaborative solutions. While we always strive to support and provide optimal solutions to our clients, there are occasions where differences in perspectives lead to difficult decisions. We wish you success in your future endeavors and hope for a proactive approach to security for the benefit of your businesses and customers.

Fast, quality work, and kind staff
I'm not a tech whiz or experienced in website development, so when my website was hacked and infected with malware I panicked. I hired an online service first, 4 days later I hired a developer from people per hour, 3 days later I searched for someone to fix a hacked site FAST. OneHourSiteFix came up and the price was super reasonable! They were able to fix my website in one evening after 2 other professionals couldn't do it with 8 days combined!
Not only do they work fast, but they keep you updated along the way. I've had minor issues since the fix and they have been kind enough to answer my questions after they'd already done their job. Great service, quality work, kind staff. I highly recommended OneHourSiteFix. Don't panic!

Cleaned my site and repaired a vandalised Wordpress Installation. 10/10
My computer was compromised by a cookie session hijack and they gained access to my website, redirecting google search traffic to a fake sales site littered with Malware! I was out of my depth, even as a quite computer savvy person. OneHourFix (SharkGate) sorted the whole thing for me. They have a secure form where you submit your details ands they just get on with it! After they removed the spammy redirection code, I had an additional problem where my Wordpress site was broken. Another email and they got to work and fixed it. Now my site is back to normal, FASTER and more secure. I am SO GLAD I FOUND THESE PEOPLE!!!!

One of my sites was hacked and redirecting, OneHourSiteFix (SharkGate) has fixed it comparatively inexpensively while I have been waiting for SiteLock to return my call! I have SharkGate set up going forwards. Now putting CloudFlare and SharkGate on all our sites. I am a happy bunny.
