Underhand, money grabbing tactics.
Underhand, money grabbing tactics.
They added extra charges to the account for things that were not needed & hadn't been asked for, all without prior notification. When asked to remove these additions they said they would but 2 months later they are still charging extra for unwanted services.
Update following Onebill's response.
Typical of a dishonest company, leaving a follow up to make it look like they are trying to help, but I am the one not co-operating. I have had further discussions with them & was promised that the problems would be looked into & the overcharges would be refunded - they haven't been. I have now moved to a new supplier, giving them notice on the 14th April to cancel the service. This was initially ignored, but on subsequent discussion with them they agreed to terminate the service on the 14th May, again promising that the problems would be looked into & the overcharges would be refunded. Today (28th May) I received a call from them asking if I still wished to go ahead with the line termination, which they had scheduled for the 1st of June! All this just to get a bit more line rental for a service that is not being used & according to the BT engineer that installed our new service, was disconnected some weeks ago when they replaced the old cabling to the property. The person I spoke to today once again said that the problems would be investigated, but this seems to be just empty words from this company, all they are interested in is getting as much money out of you as possible.
