Our time at 57 Southwark street has been nothing short of amazing! The team have consistently gone above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. All of the business centre team are kind and friendly my whole team have thoroughly enjoyed our experience here.

Spectrum FX moved into Birchin Court back in January and we have been extremely happy. We started in an office on the 1st floor and recently moved to an office on the ground floor. The building is very clean and tidy at all times and full of very nice friendly faces to greet us and our clients each day. The team put on regular events for the clients that are always fun and serve as a good networking opportunity. After working with 2 other office providers since we started the business 6 years ago I feel as though we have now found our long-term office space. I couldn't rate the team at Birchin Court One Avenue highly enough. Very happy customer.
