Excellent!
I completed today a 3-day first aid course with Alison and was thoroughly impressed. She delivered the training with clarity, confidence, and genuine care for everyone in the room.
What stood out most was how clearly she explained everything, especially for those whose first language isn’t English. She made sure everyone could follow along, clear demonstrations, and plenty of patience. This made a big difference for non-native speakers in the group, who felt more comfortable and included.
The session was well-structured, interactive, and gave us all the confidence to handle real-life situations. Alison created a positive and inclusive environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and practicing the techniques.

Amazing!
Walked in there thinking I had a good knowledge of first aid. I was humbled very quickly by just how much depth there is. My trainer was Alison Chapman! Couldn't have asked for a more patient, genuine and lovely person. Its a very welcoming place. Very easy to learn and goes at anyone's pace. Brilliant.

Spot on first aid course
Spot on first aid course. Couldn’t have had a better trainer if we asked. Don’t be worried about having no knowledge you will learn it. Fun, interactive but also life skills gained. Would 100% recommend.
