I was always very clear with the staff at this clinic that I am not fluent in English, as I am new to London. Despite this, I took the time to explain to the doctor in every possible way that I have been receiving Botox in my masseter for over 10 years and that I am very familiar with the procedure and how it normally works.

The consultation did not even last 15 minutes. There were no measurements, no proper assessment, and the whole appointment felt rushed. Unfortunately, the result has been absolutely disastrous. I now have visible lumps on one side of my face when I chew — and not even when chewing hard, sometimes simply when speaking. This has never happened to me before in more than a decade of receiving this treatment.

Their response has been to refer to the consent form, which states that medical science is not exact. While that may be true to a point, after many years of Botox treatments I have never experienced anything like this. That explanation feels more like a convenient excuse than a professional response.

They suggested that I return to the same doctor so she can “fix” it. However, I do not feel comfortable doing that. The appointment felt rushed and careless, and I simply do not trust the same practitioner to correct the issue.

At this point, I only want the effect of this treatment to wear off — it has already been over a month. I do not plan to return to this clinic once I finish what I already have pending. What I do expect, however, is a fair refund so I can seek help from a qualified professional who performs this procedure properly.

If this matter cannot be resolved fairly, I will have no choice but to escalate it and report the situation to the appropriate authorities.

P.S. Please don’t take the time to reply with the usual generic phrases like “we’re sorry you didn’t enjoy your visit to our clinic” or “we care deeply about our patients.” Those scripted responses only make situations like this more frustrating. What I expect instead is a serious and concrete solution. This is not just about aesthetics — it concerns my health, and I will be taking this matter seriously.

Dr Thu Linh is the only doctor I've seen at Omniya and is kind and wonderful. She's very understated in her style, and attentive to concerns and follow up. I can't speak for the other practitioners but would highly recommend her for botox and profilho.

AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS!!
Was told to do fillers on the nose due to some uneven skin dips in the nose from a fall. The ”doctor” destroyed my whole apperance, gave me faulty recommendations. I paid £900 and still had to pay £250 for the removal of fillers despite my face looked destorted. All it needed in the end was co2 laser on the nose and it was gone in one treatment with another doctor.
On top of that the receptinists seems to be employed from hell. Rude, horrible and unprofessional. An absolute joke of a clinic

For everyone considering to go to this clinic, please stay away. Do not humiliate yourself and subject yourself to utter disrespect and rudeness.

I went to this clinic hoping to have botox and profhilo done by Dr Nabet. I travelled quite a distance in the cold winter of -4 degrees. When I saw him and discussed the profhilo plan of having two 4 week-apart treatments, he said that I would have to pay for both appointments that day. I started to discuss the prices and the plan and asked if I can pay for each treatment on its day i.e. I would pay for the first on the day and the second treatment on the day of its appointment.

To my shock, he ordered his assistant to give me my coat and go. I asked why and then said I would pay as he asked, being for both treatments on that day. Even after that, he still told me to leave and refused to treat me. I felt incredibly upset and explained to him that I have travelled quite a distance and paid some money for an uber ride to get to their clinic, hoping to have my treatment done that day. Disgustingly, he puts his hand in his pocket and takes out some money to give me. As soon as I rejected his money, his assistant took me out of the room and the person on the desk also came to help calm me down. I believe her name was Alex, she kindly helped console me. I was really distressed and felt like I was going to faint. She offered to give me a free facial and refer me to another doctor for treatment, to which I initially agreed.

However, after I saw that Dr Nabet has a form of ownership of the clinic, I cancelled my appointment. On reading other reviews, I saw that I am not the only one with this form of experience. And the poor assistants seem to be used to this behaviour from him.

Neither the patients nor the assistants at the clinic deserve this utterly rude and vile treatment. One would expect to see advanced interpersonal skills and manners from a doctor with such extensive experience. This was really disappointing and quite shameful for the reputation of the clinic.

Please spare yourselves the humiliation, disappointment and inhumane treatment and don't go to this clinic, and certainly don't request an appointment with Dr Nabet.

Do NOT go here absolutely terrible service. Waste of time. The staff is in incredibly rude and mentioned my race before anything.

Taissa was so rude today with me and my friend. I am not going back again. She took someone that was late in front of us. Then she kept being rude to me. Not a good service. Sorry

I’ve been having Morpheus treatment with Joanna. I’ve been very satisfied with the treatment and care received. She’s very thorough and friendly. She gives advice very readily. I highly recommend her.

All that you say below is partly true. You forgot to mention is you admitting your concerns to inject more, and said, I only got 2 options, either drooping or lines. You also commented that people with forehead expression lines have to face the dilemma (potential clients, be aware of this). You asked me to choose. I was looking funny with the result you managed to succeed. The reason I cancelled the follow up app, is that I didn't trust you to have any other kind of esthetic intervention on me, especially when you say you can't do better. No lines above the nose, but big deep lines lines on the right and left of the forehead. However, I must make you aware, that another young and "neighborhood" consultant did a much better "job" than you did, and "erased" all the forehead lines in the first appointment ever. No drooping, she raised eyebrows and eyes looked bigger. She was confident and didn't hesitate, it was easy for her. So, in this occasion you approved to be insufficient and not up to the standards you present your self. Thanks God, it was only Botox... Again, it is frustrating for me that I can't rate your services below 0

I have Botox for years. Last time it was with Dr Shahd Twijiri. It was the worst i ever had, lines at the sides of the forehead, nothing in the middle, complete failure. She admitted she couldn't do better. Also, arrogance isn't good, someone must know what he is doing first. Do your self a favor and have your treatment elsewhere, there are so many professionals out there, that are well aware of what they are doing and are coming with the right attitude and do not think they are more than they actually are, i.e. incompetent arrogant with a 5* look parvenu and jumped-up vulgarian. Even 0 is too much but unfortunately Trustpilot doesn't give a below 0 opt.

Visited Ominya for the first time last week and had an incredible facial. I was left glowing all week. The staff were charming and professional and made the process feel really relaxed.

I’ve been coming to KerryLou for rosacea and general skin rejuvenation and I can’t recommend her enough! Before coming to Ominya my skin was really prone to flushing and the tone was not even but now after just 4 IPlL treatments my rosacea has almost gone and my skin texture is amazing- it’s also helped with lines and wrinkles and given me a radiant glow! I couldn’t have asked for more so am so grateful to KerryLou and the team 💙x
