The Olshan Foundation company sent supervisors who were very skilled and knowledgeable in their specific work. They seemed extremely concerned to do the job right and to satisfy the customer.

We chose Olshan Foundation Repair after looking at several other companies and we know we made the right choice! After speaking with Chris, he was quick to get everything going, explaining every aspect of the repairs that needed to be done on our home foundation. Their pricing was competitive with other companies and they provide a lifetime transferable warranty. The supervisors and workers arrived on time every day and we're great at cleaning up at the end of day. They were all very courteous and professional in every aspect of their work. We highly recommend Olshan if you are in need of Foundation work.

I had Olshan come to my home to repair 2 main walkways and secure my porch with new posts and foundation repairs. Incredible work by the team: Gaspar erlin Henry Armando and Eddie and they exceeded my expectations 100%. I will definitley use them for the rest of my projects and can't thank them enough for their professionalism and incredible work they performed.

The guys who worked on my driveway to install trench drain system did s great job. Now Martinez, Jonathan Sanchez, Idaquel Gonzales, Jorge Chirino, and Jaivon all went out of their way to give me a drain system that’s better looking and better functioning . They were very polite and they cleaned up after themselves . Also got the work done in good time. Thank you, guys.

When I first moved into my home in 2006 Olshan worked on my foundation - they have always come out whenever I asked and have rechecked their work for me. Come to find out my addition is not attached to my foundation so they used the polyurethane this trip at minimal cost. The crew that came out was AMAZING. I had to work and I left my adult children in charge. They were so respectful to them and answered all their questions including calling me (cause I had to work) to keep me informed. I was so thankful at their professionalism and the respect they gave not only me but my adult kids. Even the receptionist when I call answered all my questions and was also kind. You have a great group of employees and I Thank You for your time and service to be sure I was satisfied. I think the crew was Dominque but I am not sure. I am just so thankful that in a crazy world - there are people who care. So Thank You!!!

I hope to have it accomplished in the near future.

Concerned about signs of foundation issues and possible failures, I called Olshan for evaluation and recommendations for repair.
They jacked my house a bit and added some pitiful shims to one of the piers. Paid $6600.
I was having my porches redone and asked the general contractor to have his guys look at it. Including an engineer. Needless to say the repair Olshan did needs to be re done, my house needs more supports added, a few piers need to be replaced, and more leveling is needed.
I would never recommend this company.

The team made it a smooth transition from the get-go. Chris came out and did the survey, and explained everything, Then Josa crew completed the work, they did a great job from start to finish. Josa explained everything that was going on during the day. After completed Chelsea worked on getting all the reports to us asap. Would recommend them to anyone.

MR.Netterville first impression was very welcome and professional. He explain everything he was going to do on the outside and inside of my home before he even started and ask if I had any questions and explain everything he had done once he finished and what the numbers mean. He even done a estimate for me on my driveway
That was not scheduled for that day of the foundation estimate I'm really glad he was the gentleman that came out that day he made me feel comfortable being in my home. My review on Mr. Netterville would be a 10 I highly recommend Mr.Netterville.

I would prefer to have the majority or the lead engineer to be bilingual, because I do not speak any Spanish. Christopher was present to translate, but it kept me from asking questions. I have noticed from the area on my front porch that the concrete area is slightly higher in the center with a mild sloping down to each corner. This is the same in the garage areas. One horse stall pad that we put down in the garage for an exercise rack was broken. The rack was scratched and the crew were told not to move it without my son’s knowledge and help. All the empty cement material bags were not removed from my yard, they should not have been placed into My recycling bin. - - - At my sister’s home, she had plastic covering over her book shelves, fireplace and all her furniture. This was to prevent the dust from getting all over these items. They needed to have the plastic covering to stay on all these items for all the title repair work that needed to be done throughout the home. … ( a lot of cement dust layers occurs when 24+ areas are affected). The plastic covering was theirs and not the company’s to clean up. Their inside cement areas look Great. Their outside dirt area look different than at my local, but I guess all is well. When my house was lifted/ leveled my interior cracked ceiling was pieced back together very nicely. Glad I had the repair work done ✅
