Olg control every thing they can change numbers..they can draw numbers that will never match customers numbers it's all cheating save your money don't give it to scammers. Olg is big scammer.

Day 2 still a piece of crap!!!!! Wow look at the ratings for this app 95% 1 star rating sounds like a really good app to gamble on!!!!

I noticed that the new scratch tickets always go to the big city first, then the rest come to the little towns we never have big winners here. They tell me they don’t know where the winning tickets go, HA better get my rubber boots cause the crap is getting deep.

I have had an online OLG account for approximately 6 years now. They have taken my money all this time without a problem, no questions asked. Now, for the first time I have asked to make a withdrawal of my funds, and now all of a sudden my account has been suspended and under review for ALMOST SIX WEEKS now!!!
Now, all the sudden they want to make sure it’s actually my account that the funds have come out of though they didn’t care as they were taking it for six years, only now that I want to withdrawal.
This is apart from my banking information being verified, which apparently has already been done. The account has been suspended just for random review apparently, but the kicker is I have called in within these six weeks at least five times and still as of two days ago they can’t give me any update or any information at all. They have NO IDEA how long this could take or what is going on!!!! Do not deal with OLG, there are many more honest gambling sites out there. I can’t wait for this review to be finished to close this account and be done with them once and for all

Accidentally sent incorrect information for changing bank account. Instead of requesting proper information, OLG now wants me to provide 3 mos bank statements because I breached their terms & conditions. Needless to say I requested account closed. I had a daily limit of $25. The last of the big rollers.

OLG seems to do every effort to manipulate and scam it customers. According to my research all the draws of winning numbers in any game such as Lottomax, 649 etc, are computerized digitized draws that only OLG has the authority and capability to operate, supervise and run these draws. They do not provide to the public real-time live draw broadcasting like it was in the past and still is in many other countries using manual live draws rather than recorded digital ones.

Did anyone ever question their integrity? They claim that it is supervised and audited by accountants and lawyers which they hire and work for them, as far as the public is concerned, they are like a cat watching the milk by itself, all seems to be an inside job, with absolutely no transparency.

Now, the Lottomax jackpot reached $70M with $42M Maxmillions, which oddly no one managed to win for many weeks now. To me it seems that they are intentionally manipulating the system so no one wins on purpose and as the jackpot gets bigger it attracts more ticket buyers which is more money into their pockets.

Why would they do the draws digitally and recorded instead of manual and in real-time? Even manually with the balls floating as if randomally in the container, even then it was suspected that it may have been rigged, hence to mitigate that concern it would've been prudent to have someone neutral from the public to manually draw the balls and numbers.

ANY involvement of computers and electronics with the live draw process is highly suspicious and is deemed as potential manipulation and a scam.

We as residents of Ontario should not and must not accept that, as we cannot trust them and their system. I am very surprised that no one initiated a massive class action law suit against OLG thus far in light of all these shady activities.

The burden of proof of integrity is on them. Saying that we need to trust them and the people or bodies supervising the games and draws is absolutely not enough. We the public demand complete transparency and total elimination of any sort of electronics and computers involved in any of the games, primarily the major games like Lottomax and 649.

Computers may be used after the live manual draws have been completed, for the purpose of faster checking the winners and for statistical analysis, but in no way during the live manual draws. The option for each ticket holder, in the case of a legitimate manual live draw taking place, will remain at his or her discretion to check and verify the purchased ticket numbers whether picked manually or by a computer, to verify the ticket in person as the live draw winning numbers are announced.

We deserve nothing less, and yet OLG seems to have been for decades a money making machine ripping its residents off with addictive and manipulative conduct. The fact that they never thought about doing that themselves speaks volume about their alterior motives and their integrity!

As for the winning numbers when you play online. They need to highlite the numbers that have won or at least put the winning number at the top of the ticket. You have to do it the old fashioned way of wriiting down the numbers and then checking. Many times it says I've won a small prize but have no idea where I won it. Even on the Encore they say the winning number are highlighted but in darker black so you really can't tell anyway. Just frustrated. In this day and age with technology, I'm sure they could make the app way more user friendly by doing something as simple as that. Rant for the day!!!

if you're winning or ready to start a bonus, the game will shut down , freeze & say your location isn't valid....How OLG gets away w this is criminal.This happens regularly....

Please don't waste your money. The online casino is rigged. They want thousands of dollars befoee they pay out pennies. Don't trust the system. The government is running the show and taking all your hard earned money. Run. Try an American gambling site they usually pay out and are a but more fair.

They say only when sport 3way available although they have only money line (ML) on tickets....when play 1 or 2 and game goes over/extra time and your team picked wins you still lose for regulation time.... although it says money line in the sheet and if you play it will say 3way. Sheet should have at least a 3way symbol when sport allows the tie bet...
And not ML ( money line) due to the simple fact that is more correct.... Some sports don't have tie available in market and that excludes automatically although they print the opposite.....what raises questions about the system behind and the tickets sold to people....

Canada Lottery have computers so they know every number combination sold. The makes sure those number combinations never come up. They occasionally let the jackpot get large to stimulate more interest. They do let people win the smaller $50k prizes.

The names and pictures of the winners can usually be a lie, they always wait until the prize amount reaches the highest figure and then sometimes an imaginary person is announced as the winner.

I don’t know anyone or my friends, someone that won money in the lottery. I know 2 people that have won a $50k cash prize. But nobody knows anyone that has won a mega million dollar jackpot like lotto max and 649

Site is about useless, do not play, you will loose over and over again, didn't used to be like this but now it is just a no win situation. Stay away!

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) is, once again, proof that governments, should only be invlovled in regulation of, and not operation of, gaming sites.

Since Friday, if you use Microsoft Edge, you cannot log on to OLG. The reason - technical difficulties. This is now 5 days later, and you still can't get in using Edge.

OLG's solution: Use another browser.

My solution: Use a different site . Why should I have to work around their incompetence, and laziness? Don't forget....OLG is loaded with civil servants, who have very little idea of how to fix things, but are great at taking 3 day weekends for Statutory Holidays.

They have driven me back to an old poker/sports site that I used to use, and it's no problem.

I can seldom access my OLG account because OLG site says they can't verify my location though my location is turned on. I now wish to close my account in frustration but I can't and I can't access my winnings because I can't login.
