I've contacted them online through the live chat the agent said I just needed a void cheque to get my $ I was emailed a few days later that I did not have the proper documents. Really starting to think the OLG is a scam, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on scratch tickets and lottery tickets and can’t even win a free ticket anymore, no one has that much bad luck that they can’t find even one $3 winning scratcher after spending like $400 on them! I used to win occasionally $3 here $50 there on scratch tickets and on the lottery tickets I used to win free tickets or some money here and there but now it’s like there’s no winners being made anymore and the lottery it feels like they’re taking all the tickets that have been bought and then picking numbers that have not been combined in a ticket so nobody can win. Rip off. I reside in Quebec and while in Ontario I wanted to buy lotto tickets for the 649/Max. One the app installed , It insists that you deposit $$ which I did $50 worth. Next day they closed my account and I lost my $50. WTF can’t blame this on Trump ! Fregging rackets:(
