I have used Olena cleaning for a few years and the service has been great. The communication is excellent, the cleaners are friendly and my flat always looks amazing after it is cleaned.

Have used them for the last year or so
Have used them for the last year or so. What I like about them is that there is a single dedicated cleaner assigned to you and overtime they know exactly what you need cleaned and how to do it.
While there might be slight English language issues with the cleaner, I have never had any issues explaining what I need and always got a good service.

We've been very happy with our cleaner who is always on time and does a great job! Svitlana is respectful of our home and belonging and also very nice to our two cats, which means a lot!

After using the company weekly for…
After using the company weekly for several months I regularly found the owner to be rude, but the girls she sent to clean were polite and good. However, on the last occasion there were a multitude of issues with a new girl & I raised these with Olena. She was blunt, rude and told me it was not true. She then followed up with we no longer want to clean for you. My complaints were not opinions, they were facts. I said that was a shame she didn’t want to continue and she continued to be rude.

Recommended
Natalia is the cleaner we have assigned, she has been cleaning our flat at weekly bases for several months now. Attention to details and always on time.
The company itself has kept a good communication with us, no reservations, I would recommend it to anyone.
