Old Creamery Furniture Omdömen 

We have ordered a number of pieces from the Old Creamery over the past few years, from both the Taunton and Yeovil branches. The furniture is sturdy and looks lovely, and the sales and delivery service is excellent. We particularly appreciate the care taken over the delivery and installation, which is outsourced to a separate company, but they work very closely with the Old Creamery and the service is seamless.
We recently ordered a new bed and were very impressed as always with the quality, and it looks lovely in the room.
Once again the Old Creamery have provided us with an excellent product, for a reasonable cost and we remain very happy customers!

I loved the range of choice in the shop - bought 2 sofas. Staff were friendly and helpful, without being intrusive when I was browsing. Prices are reasonable. Service and delivery were faultless. I wish more companies provided this level of service - a lot of the big chains could learn a lot from the Old Creamery.

Well what can I say , after tirelessly traipsing round every sofa store in Bristol for new sofas after 24 years , we decided to go to the old creamery as a last ditched attempt ! Thank goodness we did ! 2 lovely Tetrad sofas purchased after some deliberation . I’m sure we tested Simon’s patience to it’s limits with our relentless decision making to and fro , however you would never know we had and he was very professional throughout giving us support and guidance through us constantly changing our minds so thank you 😊 much appreciated and can thoroughly recommend

Appalling quality bedroom suite! We have purchased from this outlet before and have been satisfied. Having spent around £3800 on bedroom furniture we had high hopes, based on the display items. Sadly having waited over 3 months we received a part order "with the rest to follow sometime." Today I unboxed the first item and could not believe what I had been sent! Marked up with a production date of March 2021, there was damage to the paint finish (chips), glue marks and paint defects and also scratches to the top surface. Finally all the drawers were so stiff that a number were jammed solid! The display items had metal runners with rollers but the goods I were supplied had poorly cut slots in the drawer sides, running on wooden rails. All had been painted and hence there was excessive friction and the clearance between the drawers and enclosure was such that they jammed! Having phoned for an explanation, the first reaction I received was that I had ruined the salesman day. No apology or thought for the customer. Be really careful to ensure you know what you are going to be fobbed off with. The goods we were supplied with bore no resemblance to that which was on display. I accept that I managed to get my money back - for which I was meant to be grateful but frankly I shouldn't have to go through the hassle. Be very careful is my advice. I was told by the salesman that they had changed manufacturers - this probably explains the difference between the display and actual goods. Also be aware that you are purchasing flat pack items if you purchase wardrobes - something that was never mentioned to us. Frankly we would never have considered purchase at the price for DIY furniture.

Creamery staff at Yeovil were most helpful on collection, especially, the Gentleman in Collections, who told me it would not take me long, to put together the Stool. He was absolutely correct. The Old Creamery is our go-to shop for furniture. We have used them many times over the last 12 years for a variety of furniture pieces in most rooms in the house.

We feel they have a better range and style of furniture than other heavily advertised Oak Furniture stores, and are better value for money.

The staff are always polite, considerate, flexible, friendly and helpful.

Delivery is competitive, and they assembled the last piece of furniture quickly and efficiently.

To be honest, we only buy other furniture when they are unable to supply a piece to an odd sized alcove or space in our home.

We ordered our Suite and dining set from Kieron, who advised us that the suite would probably take 10 to 12 weeks. No problem and it only took 9 weeks and we have just taken delivery of suite and dining set. All are great; we are delighted. Wonderful service form the staff and incredible service from their delivery team who unpacked and assembled everything in minutes and took all the wrapping away with them. Being a retired retailer myself my high expectations were exceeded, Many thanks guys ;you all did very well.

I already have an identical piece of furniture purchased a few months ago with which I am very happy. Build quality impressive, packing for transportation very good, service excellent.

I contacted the Old Creamery customer services to see if it was possible to source a replacement magnetic catch for a wardrobe, which was part of a bedroom suite purchased from the company many years ago. The service was excellent and a replacement part sourced from their supplier and posted out to me within the week. They could not have been more helpful.

Really nice bedroom furniture, and have bought several items in the past. However, the website states that items are in stock but this includes the display items which they won't sell.
I ordered an item, supposedly "in-stock" and available 1 hour after ordering. Once at the store, I was informed that the item won't be in stock for another 2 months. The staff tried to offer a sweetener, and were very helpful, but are restricted by a website and stock control system which is not fit for the 21st Century.

All the staff were attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful,old style customer service,not patronising and not in your face,They seemed very experienced at judging when you wanted help and when you needed space,
All staff were very busy but made you feel you were there priority.
Kieran dealt with us and went out of his way to help us .

Great customer service when buying our mattress. And contacted promptly with a delivery and fit date within the time they gave us for it to arrive.
Unfortunately the mattress was faulty after a short time. We contacted the Yeovil branch and had our minds put at ease to know they would get it looked at and replaced if required. This was all done seamlessly and we were provided with a new mattress.

I don't usually leave reviews but when you get consistently good service I wanted to acknowledge the good experiences I have had with the Old Creamery. My family like good quality and things that look good and will last as well as a competitive price. The Old Creamery consistently deliver on all fronts. They have a really good range of products and knowledgeable staff. Keiron has been really helpful when trying to match older furniture with a newer range. Nothing was too much trouble. Deliver is always spot on too. I would definitely recommend you to check out The Old Creamery.

Saturday morning, very well staffed at the Yeovil store. Went to look for a telephone table .We have purchased there before, as we like the brands, and choice. The service every time we have been hasn't been great, but never been bad enough to write a review. However on this occasion its appropriate. Initially the staff appeared to be welcoming for approximately all of 2 minutes. After that they became bored very quickly, and totally un interested. Perhaps the size of our purchase was not worthy of attention ! We spoke to 4 members, all with the same lack of interest. One member suggested to take a piece off, our existing table if we wanted to colour match, impossible! and walked off. Another member of staff became totally bored and didn't want to search for an item i had just seen then could not find, told me to find it myself and take a photograph. Then come and find him. Finally the worst was the member of staff, who priced wrongly the piece we liked, back tracked, then became argumentative towards us. To summarize, the store need to retrain in modern customer service as they are out dated. The member in the loading depot was however polite. Not much more to add. Dissapointing !

Have just ordered a Harrison Spinks mattress from here, and although won't be delivered for a good while yet (made to order) I must already sing the praises of this company, and especially the outstanding ('phone) service I received from Paul and Kieran at Yeovil. "Old fashioned" attention to (unhurried) service and helpful, knowledgeable advice... even if no guarantee of sale - hard to find these days alas. And even the price put the big stores to shame. Congrats to all at OCF..."Long may you prosper"!

I recently bought an extra large sideboard, it arrived and is lovely but had slight damage on the top. They called me the same day and offered me a full replacement or a small refund. Very professional and organised company. Although the item was slightly damaged they handled this very well and speedily.

I found this company online and was a little apprehensive but a quick telephone call proved this worry to be unnecessary. The person I spoke to was very helpful and answered all my questions, after placing my order I realised I had give them an incorrect email, swift chat on line and the problem completely resolved. Everyone I had dealings with today were extremely helpful . Will be visiting the Yeovil store very soon.
