This site is too unfair with their costumers. I cash in for 10 thousand pesos and lost a total of 6 thousand. When I try to withdraw the remaining balance of four thousand pesos because I was unlucky playing, They froze my account and needs for verification. This is fraud, Does PAGCOR knows this? I contact the costumer service but they delayed and always give you promising answer that verification is still on process and needs 24 hours to be resolved. Its been 4 days since the case happen and until now the case is not resolve. PLEASE DONT PLAY IN THEIR PLATFORM BECAUSE THIS SITE IS FRAUDULOUS AND SCAMMER!!!!! I dont want someone else to be their victim.

First is you get to access it through the gcash app, then you get to play. when you try to withdraw your winings, it says you need to get verified. after submitting rewuirements, you will need to wait for a freakin' 24 hours. Who does verification before letting the customer play?

Second , customer support is just frustrating. I am not recommending this app, eats up your time, no empathy to the customer, apologetic customer support but no action done!

I opened account last 19 May 2023 deposited $500 I place bet and won and lost bets too. I end up total deposit $1250 but I have winnings too total balance $2700. On 22nd May 2023 they deactivated my account and asked me to provide payslips source of income and bank statements.
I provided everything they still hold my account because my ip address is generated from different states. Which I used only my mobile phone Optus provided here in Australia.
I emailed filled up formal complaint to Victoria License Gaming Commission. Until now my money was on hold. Keep away with this Okebet Booker if you dont want inconvenience what ive experienced.

I tried their website okbet (not the oke-bet, but the OKBET Philippines). At first, I was offered a free bet. I took it because I want to test the website since they are PAGCOR accredited. There was a turnover and deposit requirement and I complied. I luckily won around 5000 pesos from a basketball bet. But then, they said I cannot withdraw my money because I made some violations.
