Absolutely amazing from start to finish! 🥹🩵 We are absolutely over the moon with our full 360 pram and car seat bundle for our little boy. It is even more beautiful in person, the quality is incredible and it even smelt absolutely gorgeous when we opened everything! 😍🩵

The customer service has been outstanding. She kept me updated throughout the whole process, sent regular messages and even voice notes to let me know exactly what was happening. You can genuinely tell how much she cares about her customers, and she is honestly such an amazing and lovely person! 🥹❤️

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Oh Baby Second Hand! Ellie and Josh, the lovely couple behind the business, were so kind and incredibly helpful from start to finish. We purchased an iCandy Peach Coco Double Travel System, and the quality blew us away—it was spotlessly clean, smelled amazing, and looked just like brand new. They kept us informed at every step, from delivery timelines to all sorts of details in between. I just wish I’d done this the first time around for our first baby, so impressed with the whole process! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

After having my daughter at 33 weeks, and being so un prepared for a baby, I needed to find a pram ASAP, I found Oh baby and I found THE pram! I was constantly messaging, worrying panicking (even though the only wheels my baby used at the time were on an incubator), I was given so much support and help, my pram was delivered as soon as we were home, and when I say it was practically like standing in icandy and buying one off the shelf that’s not even a lie. I cannot recommend this team enough. They truly are phenomenal.🤎

We bought Roman’s full travel system from Oh Baby Preloved Prams and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.

I first contacted them on 3rd October 2024, when I was 9 weeks pregnant, feeling totally undecided on which pram to go for. I was torn between Egg and iCandy and the level of support I received was second to none. The responses were so detailed, thoughtful and never rushed — I was sent videos explaining the features of each model, comparisons, and even personal experience of using both, which made such a difference.

With Roman being my fourth baby although we could afford to buy brand new I just couldn’t justify the cost for something that’s used for such a short period of time. There’s simply no value in spending that kind of money when quality preloved options exist — and Oh Baby completely understood that mindset and guided me honestly, not just towards the most expensive option.

After careful deliberation with their help, we chose our full setup — pram, pushchair, car seat, baby bag and accessories — and it was shipped immediately, arriving just two days later. When it arrived I was genuinely blown away. It was immaculate — you honestly would have thought it was brand new.

The whole experience was professional, affordable and completely stress-free, with exceptional customer service from start to finish.

I’ve since recommended Oh Baby Preloved Prams to several mums-to-be, because the customer experience was that good. If you want top-quality baby equipment without the brand-new price tag, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I found oh baby preloved prams on TikTok when I was around 4-5 months pregnant due December 2025. I seen they offered payment plans and gave them a message with about 100 questions asked about the pram I wanted, prices, delivery, items included etc. All my questions were answered fast and they were able to source my dream pram (full travel system) EGG MINK on a payment plan. They were flexible with payments which suited me as I’m a single mum and was delivered to me the same week I had payed it off. My travel system came perfect like brand new. Even after having my pram any questions asked were answered straight away and i was helped / guided with anything I needed to know.

Prams are expensive I wouldn’t have been able to just go to a shop and buy it outright. Ohbabypreloved are an amazing, down to earth, hardworking and genuine small business. I 100% recommend and do to everyone who asks where I’ve had my pram from and will only be using them for future❤️

I used oh baby preloved to purchase a pushchair for my sister as she wanted a top branded pushchair but for a fraction of the price as babies grow so quick, I followed oh baby for a while before I purchased and seen that they do payment plans so I enquired and they were more than happy for us to do a payment plan with them, they were so efficient, helpful & kind throughout the whole process, I’m so glad I chose to get a pushchair through this business, would recommend to all my friends and family, thank you again @ohbabyprevloved

5 stars for ellie & josh the were brilliant to deal with from start to finish i bought egg mink set am from ireland was abit worried ordering @ first but she kept me update about everything when i received it i was shocked it looked brand new the smell so unreal everything spotless i def recommend them everything was plan sailing from my order til i received it ty guys ❤️

I don't know where to start! Ellie is just the sweetest girl! We went to view a couple of the different pushchairs as I was torn between brands and colours etc. She showed me their stock, demonstrated how to change the fittings, allowed me to test drive drive pushchairs and checked the one I liked fitted in the boot of my car. The pushchair and all it's accessories were cleaned, steamed and pristine. Obviously there are some cosmetic scratches on the frame of the one we bought, but you expect that with it being pre-loved and the rest of it was immaculately cleaned by Ellie.

All in all, a wonderful experience by a lovely family run company and I can't recommend highly enough!
