Don't buy from them.

They take your money and don't send the package

Guys please don’t order from Ofour they are fraud, i ordered on 1st of nov 2024 and they said i will receive my order in 15 days but i wasn’t feeling good because of their response it looked fishy to me than i searched where is Ofour office is located today i went there and sadly they are a fraud their office is closed with no name plates

I ordered since 23 may 2024 and we are 11 June 2024 still not received my order whereas in website it mention deliver in 2 to 3 business day, tried to contact them via phone via email by leaving message on their website till date no answer, so I think this is a fake website and you should be aware before placing any order with them.

They have a strict no refunds or exchanges policy that no one knows about... No mention of this anywhere on the site, only hidden in the T&C's. If you are gonna be an online shop and people can't try on the shoes, at least show clearly throughout the site that there are no returns or refunds. They also didn't inform me that one of my products from the order was cancelled, they just cancelled it. I will never use again.

Just about to file a police report as now not replying to my emails 14 days working past since made order excuse after excuse

Order was placed on 21st Dec.
Deposit payment paid.
After many follows up, different team members reply’s, assuring me that order will come within 2-3 days ( some of them said it’s coming from US warehouse, some of them from UK warehouse ).
Long story short , after total of 27 days, today I got email “Your deposit has been refunded “ ! Without anyone saying anything. After long time finally I reach some one on call center , reply was :
We cancel your order because item didn’t came to UAE warehouse in size that you asked for!!! Worst online shop ever, definitely not to recommend, stay away from them.

They don't have knowledge about what they are selling.contacting them very difficult no answer of the phone, after long time you wait you get reply: we will call you back and never calling back.Item they are selling doesn't have full information and you loose your money for wrong item.

Really terrible company to deal with, no goods delivered, they don’t respond to emails. They promised a refund which they then didn’t honour.

The most horrible company I dealt with. I ordered from them Nike Jacquemus, the total price become AED1.350.

What I received is a fake product, there is a chinesse tag several small papers attached to it. I checked and it shouldn't be the case. Even consulted at Nike shop. When I contacted oFour they said that no refund/return optionn at all and if I want to return, I have to provide independent expertise results and only after that they will return money.

They are doing it on purpose, cause independent expertise is extremely expensive and no one will do it. I will skip the part that their call centre is not working but!

PEOPLE! Never ever buy anything from them. Also the fact is that they turned off comments option in their instagram page - which means that no one can leave a comment there, so other customers will be careful with these guys.

The saddest fact is that there is no offiicial authority to register complaint.

At u can see i placed my order on 13/10/2022 and today we are14/11/2022 and i still didn't get my shoes it like i ordered something from china maybe it will be faster than using Ofour
I contacted them they promised me to receive it the next day and we are still here without nothing , thats so depressing !
Never using this website again !!!

When i ordered from Ofour and my product arrived in 7 days , i was updated throughout the orders journey if you want to order make sure it is planned ahead atleast 7 days before

I’ve been through the most frustrating experience with the e-commerce brand Ofour
The first time they canceled my order after more than 30 days waiting, this time, they send me a pair of defected Jordan one, after million times trying to reach out to them “the poorest customer support i’ve ever seen”, I requested exchange or refund, which was refused since in their opinion the defect is minor , so the customer must pay and accept it !
Guys in UAE, pay attention to that! As customers we must not accept such treatment!
I m taking a legal action!

I placed an order and received confirmation… 4 weeks later the item has still not arrived, they don’t answer the phone and do not respond to emails!
They have just taken 2000 AED with no regard.
Having waited a month, I will now be taking it to the DED.

This website seems to be illegitimate! I have ordered an item from the website and tried to contact them through different communication channels, but they did not reply!! And the ordered item does not show in the orders list!
