Great communication and thorough advice throughout. Would 100% recommend and would use again.
Really good at dealing with issues as they arise and keeping on top of chasing when other parties are not doing what they should.
Honestly could not praise enough from beginning to end was a total improvement compared to other companies we have used before and Alexandra and her colleagues we dealt with were a pleasure and very good at explaining complex information in an easy to digest format as well as answer questions on the spot along with detailed researched carried out and provided for future reference. Something we had never received before.
5* service deserving of a 5* rating.

Friendly and fuss free
I am very grateful to Sophie Louise and Aurelia at ODT Haywards Heath for their very friendly and fuss free help, advice and support throughout the process of the sale of my house in which I had lived for 52 years. As this was a house with some unusual features there was one issue delaying an otherwise smooth process thanks to their experience and good communication.
