Oak Furniture Company Omdömen

The company and customer service were fine, but I'm appalled by the delivery drivers. They brought the items in then refused to unpack and take away the packaging, claiming we hadn't paid for that. My partner showed them the document that showed this to be incorrect. They were very angry about this and argued the point, to which my partner stood firm. They eventually did unpack the items, but did so in an aggressive tone and banged one of the items against a table whilst taking it from the cardboard. I'm not happy that my partner was challenged in her own home, nor am I pleased with the confrontational and angry attitude of the delivery men.

Exellent service

Order process simple and efficient.

Great product - all placed upstairs in bedroom and no damage to furniture or the house.

Very well packaged - just an awful lot of polystyrene and cardboard to dispose of but did the protection job well

Execelent service. From the initial phone call to the actual delivery we were kept informed of what was happening and when.
Would recommend this company every time.

Delivered on time and assembled with no fuss. Very happy.

The website works; the furniture is of high quality and exactly as described; the delivery people are prompt, courteous and expert. The best table-buying experience we are ever likely to have.

We have purchased two items of oak furniture from this company in the past month. They have been professional and reliable. Delivery service was excellent. We would definitely use this company again and we are happy to recommend them.

lads very helpful and obliging and good quality furniture

I first bought a cheaper products and had to return them due to poor quality of material. So I was well pleased with Oakland quality and price although more expensive, the products where noticeably better.

Title says it all

Very pleased. I have ordered something else

Great quality and fabulous prices

Great quality items. Would definitely recommend as item where great. Only thing was delivery was longer than I wanted think that's just as I'm inpatient.

Just purchased 4 oak ladder back chairs and the quality and service was second to none. Excellent value for money so much so we have just place an order for an oak side board which is to be delivered in the next few days.

Easy to order, excellent customer service - always aware of how far on the order procedure is. Quality products - beautifully made.

We absolutely love our new bed! Solid, well built, and beautiful looking! Delivery was arranged to suit us, and arrived exactly on time. 10/10!

Right from the start the service was exemplary. The delivery was informed very efficiently and the drivers could not have been more helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this company...even without a cash incentive!!!

Many thanks.

Ordered a sideboard top which looks lovely on our sideboard. Solid piece of furniture and the communication through to delivery was very good.

An easy online shopping experience. The only company I could find who could match our existing furniture. Quality at the right price, which the Mrs loved.

Good service, delivery on time and as advised. There was a very small area of damage on one edge of the cabinet although the packaging was intact. They immediately arranged for an industry repair specialist to visit our home and make an invisible repair. 100% happy and will use them in the future.
