Love Bvlgari been using it for over 15 years now and especially Indian Garnet and so happy I found it:)
Will definitely buy again:) got it delivered in three weeks.

Item did not arrive, 6 weeks to send replacement.
I ordered this gift for my partner birthday, in good time to arrive.
The item did not arrive.
Finally got a replacement item, it took six weeks of emails between NZ Outlet and DHL.
Always pick up from collection depot or go signature only, it took all this time to prove no evidence of delivery to my address.

Thanks a lot for your review. We sincerely apologize that it is not in line with what you were expecting. The inconvenience caused is deeply regretted. We have requested you to contact DHL NZ directly as you are the authorized receiver of the parcel and this can speed up the process of getting your parcel to you ASAP. We have also requested you to let us know if you are having any trouble contacting the carrier.
Like most of our Orders, the Parcel was meant to be left at your property without obtaining any receiver's signature; and the delivery driver had ATL - Authority To Leave the parcel there. We have also requested you to check your letterbox, with your flat mates and neighboring units if they have received it by mistake.
We have already mentioned in each of our product's description (first line in bold fonts) that whether the product will be shipped from Christchurch NZ warehouse or from one of our Overseas Warehouse. The local vs. international delivery time-frames have also been mentioned on each of the product pages, each order confirmation email and on our shipping policy page as well.
We contacted DHL NZ today, who has advised us that you have already raised a query with them and the investigation has already started. We wish that you receive your parcel ASAP. Please be assured that we are here to help and will do whatever is possible from our end to get your parcel to you.

Overall happy
Overall happy, but was expecting a much faster delivery coming from Christchurch. In stead it came from the US taking over 2 weeks.
