Hi, I was tickled to death with my hoodie. It was a size large and it fit perfectly. However, I ordered the exact same T-shirt short sleeve and it was also a large, but it was really tight. Much smaller in size. Can’t wear if.
I’m bummed…

Hats arrived on time and great options.

The website was unclear whether one order was a dozen hats, of various sizes from S to XL, or whether one order was for one hat of a specific size.

I inquired could I simply buy one Large of each of two hat types; there wasn't a clear answer.

So I ordered both hat types, figuring at worst I would receive a dozen of each (so at least I'd get a Large one which was all I wanted of each).

The order arrives, and it's one hat each, but not Large -- they were 'One Size Fits All'. But they were Small! I cannot even get the one on; the other one I can get on, but it's much too tight, clearly not "One Size Fits All" even for people also "Made In China" which I'm not.

Also, the colors of both hat types don't correspond very closely to what was represented on the site.

So overall, poor communication, poor representation of what are you ordering, on the site -- adding up to a less than satisfactory experience with NYFifth.

Love these jackets - perfect!!! I have had one of these for several, several years and love it. I purchased it on a Windstar Cruise. To be able to order new ones makes me so happy.

They shipped my order out right away, no missing or damaged hats. Great selection to chose from. Will be coming back soon

The image of the shirt represented in the advertisement is false. It's not a Heather material as displayed. And if you read all the Facebook comments under the advertisement, it's pretty obvious this is the general consensus. Unethical

I was sent the wrong thing. You guys disagreed. I was going to have to pay for shipping to send the wrong thing back for a refund. I would have gotten killed on the shipping. Then I was offered a lesser amount than I paid with the qualification that I would keep the item and not have to return it via shipping. I lost money on the original shipping of the wrong item. I wasted time talking to your customer service. Then I end up with something I can’t wear and I am out the original shipping plus the difference in the full price of the item. Not satisfied.

Hats are a pale blue. We expected them to be a darker blue like real engineer /conductor hats.

Great product, great customer service and shipping was quick. I called because I entered the wrong contact info and I got through to a real English speaking human immediately who fixed my problem while I was on the phone. 5 stars!
