First time I have had to order twine but I wanted black and was unable to find any in stores. Order came on time and good service.

Products all great-as expected.
Only slight grouse is that the box holding the 4 balls plus scissors was made for 6 balls so, as a present, didn’t look right-looked as though something was missing.
I put extra packing in so made it look better before giving as a Christmas gift but would not have been good if had arranged direct delivery. Needed a smaller box.
