After ordering three bottles on a buy two get one free my doctor advised that I not use this for my condition. I contacted nutrapure about returning and they said they could send me information on how to return, but because they are an international company the shipping will cost me more. This is very interesting because it CLEARLY states on their website that it is made in a facility IN the USA! Before ordering, I saw that there was a plant in Wyoming, and my shipment actually came from Illinois. I live in NE. So what is with this "we're an international company"?! They say 100% guarantee and return but they are not accommodating. This is false advertising because nowhere does it say they are an "international company". I replied with a snapshot from THEIR website saying it was made in, AND shipped from, the USA, but they have not answered me. I won't be recommending them if they don't rectify this.

I would give it a 0 if I could. Ordered product on Feb. 28, 2026. Website said shipping within 5-7 days, arrival in 7-10 days. After weeks of getting the runaround,I asked to cancel my order. That's when they told me it had shipped and the order couldn't be cancelled and if I wanted to return it, I would have to pay the postage. I started a claim through Paypal that day. After 25 days, I received the product and Paypal denied my claim. I am out $46.98 with a product that I have since learned may contain lead and is possibly not safe for consumption. I would not purchase from this company and now I don't have a lot of faith in Paypal to stand behind it's patrons.

UPDATE!!!! 3/29/26 : I literally received my order 2 days after this review. All 3 bottles came as expected. As far as product quality, I've only been using it for a week or so.

I Knew I should have fully investigated this company. My order hasn't moved and coming from the UK?!? No phone number to call. I want my money back. I WILL file a dispute with PayPal You're company needs to be banned. BEWARE!!!!!

Placed an order on 9 Feb 26. I received an email on 10 Feb 26, from NutraPure, stating package shipped and provided a tracking number. A week later. . . .ZERO movement on the package. USPS isn't showing the tracking number. NutraPure never purchased the shipping document or USPS would have shown, "Shipping label created. We are are waiting for the item." I made contact with NutraPure and was assured the package shipped and will arrive "this week." Nothing arrived. I engaged NutraPure numerous times and received the same BS response, "Sorry, but it shipped." The USPS tracking number is still dead (never activated by NutraPure.). 20 days into this and I requested a refund. Lies, lies, and provided false information. I filed a missing package search request with USPS. lol NutraPure didn't understand. lol I opened a "dispute" with PayPal and NutraPure sent me an email asking me to drop the "claim." Fastforward to 15 Mar 26. . .no package from NutraPure and PayPal (another group of morons) hasn't made a determination on my dispute claim (saying in another 7 days). AVOID NUTRAPURE LIKE THEY HAVE THE PLAGUE! Totally dishonest company.

Would give a negative review if I could. Never received product and have gotten false information regarding replacement. They also don’t have a phone number. Stay far away!

If I could give a ZERO I would. The company never shipped my item from month ago. You cannot cancel and no one is responding. What a waste of time! Very disappointed in myself for trusting this company.

I ordered at the beginning of February and still don’t have my product. I’ve emailed them several times and keep getting excuses of production. I requested a refund and that was totally ignored. If the product ever does arrive, I won’t use it because obviously this is a shady company and I don’t trust its safety.

I placed an order and they claimed they shipped it out within a couple days. The tracking number didn't go to anything. I emailed them over and over and they would just respond with the tracking number. Then they blamed production still not offering any discount or to have it resent. Then they kept saying wait another week. I will have to claim fraud on my credit card.

Beware of this site. I placed an order with them and it came with postage due. Their site said shipping was included. I have tried to contact them several times with no response from them.
Do not waste your money.

Ordered iodine spray, paid $20 per bottle and they sent a nasal spray with zero iodine. Complete fraud, and now they are saying I have to ship them back to Europe for a refund which will cost almost as much as the refund. Stay far away!

This company is horrible! I ordered 12/27/25 and after 2 wks the tracking number was still void. They wouldn't respond to numerous emails inquiring about the shipment but shipped it after my final email. I quit emailing and figured I would just dispute the payment. Shipped from IL, Received today (January 15) FINALLY! Never again!

Ordered Liver Detox, but changed my mind and tried to cancel. They never responded. I received the product and have tried repeatedly to return, no response. They have a 90 money back guarantee, but no response about that either. I have sent at least 7 or 8 emails and can get no one to respond. DON'T BOTHER ORDERING THEIR PRODUCTS!

Placed an order but after reviewing the ingredients I cancelled the order, and subscription. They cancelled the subscription but kept my money and cancelled the order they won’t give me my money back !!! Bad company beware

I ordered then cancelled joint supplements. They shipped anyway and don’t answer emails for return information. Avoid this company!

Ordered iodine nasal spray. The bottle was named different from the start. The ingredients don't even show iodine in them. Tried to return. They don't answer emails.

I ordered the liver detox. It never arrived. $45.00 later and the tracking says insufficient address and it's being shipped back to the company. So far I have sent 3 emails and nothing. No response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Not sure what to do next.
Frustrated

I ordered this product and my doctor told me I can’t use it! I have emailed them 8 times and have not got a response from the. This is horrible customer service. I’m thinking of turning them in to BBB and other places. Don’t order from them! You can’t ever talk to anyone and they don’t answer there emails. I am thinking they are a scam company!! Don’t order from them!
