Nu-Heat has been a professional team from initial sales enquiry through their design process to goods/materials delivery on-site.
Given my bespoke requirements regarding the delivery and invoice requirements, I found their approach extremely patient and supportive of timelines. Nu heat standby for me with tech support. I have to initiate my installation therefore I hope Nu-heat will be as equally supportive of me.

Looking for a part was not easy on a old system ,2013 but, after e_ mailing and phone call, I was able to locate valve insert for blending valve. No I have t got that thundering sound through pipework just like a constant mains water hammer where tge jumper is loose in body. Very informative team at nu-heat , and providing you can give right information they can certainly help with your queries.

Customer support is good although slow but appreciate I'm not the only one needing help.

We installed our NuHeat system in our house in France nearly 20 years ago and it has been fantastic. We have never had any problems with it. During installation the handbooks and technical telephone help were first class.

We spent many hours doing our research on different systems and ways to heat our home, both inexpensively and practically.
From the moment we chose to go with Nu-Heat we knew it was the best decision.
Going through a full house renovation is very stressful, but Mike and team at Nu-Heat made everything run so smoothly, from site visits, to planning where everything was going, delivery of products, and constantly available to our plumber with any enquiries with fitting/setting our system up.
Living in West Cornwall, less than 2 miles from the coast and experiencing interesting inclement weather, add to that a cottage that was built in 1843, our home is now so cosy!
The system is neat, tidy and so easy to use, we have an LPG set up so everything works alongside our boiler.
We highly recommend Nu-Heat, so glad we made them our first choice.
