Run a mile from NPI

The Worst company to deal with, you don’t get paid for some transactions .
Be AWARE of their 36 month contract.
When things go wrong there is absolutely NO comeback.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience, and we'd like to address your concerns.

We understand you experienced some technical issues with your terminal initially, including the charging cradle and printing. Our team worked to resolve these promptly by sending out the required equipment.

Regarding the transaction authorisations, we've reviewed your account and can confirm that the transactions in question were successfully processed. Two completed automatically, and one was manually processed by our payment partner to ensure you received payment. We apologise if this wasn't communicated clearly to you at the time.

We also want to clarify our support channels. While your sales representative may not always be immediately available, we have a dedicated Customer Service team available during business hours specifically to handle technical and processing issues. Their contact details are included in all welcome communications and on our website.

Regarding your contract, all terms including the 36-month agreement period are outlined in the signed merchant agreement. We understand this may have caused frustration, and we're happy to discuss your account in more detail.

We'd genuinely like to resolve any outstanding concerns. Please contact our Customer Service team directly at 014475299 option 4, and we'll ensure your issues are fully addressed.

I had an excellent experience with NPI.ie! Tushar Singh was extremely professional and guided me through every step of the process. We are very satisfied with the service we received from NPI on behalf of CrepeBerry’s. Their team has been professional, supportive, and very easy to work with. We would also like to give special thanks to Jonathan for his exceptional assistance — he has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and clear throughout the entire process.

We are also very pleased with the gift card services, which have been a great benefit to our business. Overall, it has been a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommended!

Filip is always so helpful and…

Filip is always so helpful and friendly. Always answers any questions we have. It’s what made us go back to World pay when we needed more terminals for our business. Highly recommend him.

Recently switched over to NPi
Switcher was clean and very easy with no disruption to service
Eddie even called back and installed the terminal - very efficient and highly recommend both Eddie and Noi for a great service

Professional and quick

My first experience was with Aaron Kelly who was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He made the set up very easy and quick. Compared to other companies NPI so far I cannot fault. I definitely would recommend Aaron & NPI.
