Not Just Travel Omdömen

Elaine Grell from not jus travel arranged my holiday booking recently. I had a wonderful experience communicating with her arranging my holiday to Cyprus. As a solo traveller, I really appreciated how easy she made the whole process, taking care of everything from my travel arrangements to my hotel booking.

Her professionalism and attention to detail were excellent. She made sure I received all my documents on time and even contacted me just before I left to wish me a happy holiday, a lovely personal touch.

I was very impressed with the service and would definitely book with her again. Highly recommended!

We were so lucky to have Theresa Kelly organise our holiday for us. She was simply brilliant checking everything and letting us know what to expect when we got to our destination i felt in very safe hands. Thank you Becky

Had a great experience on our first cruise with the valued help and advice from Theresa Kelly. She explained all details and whenever I had a question she was at the end of the phone and email. Does all the work of sorting paperwork and explains everything. Very pleased to know Theresa is well travelled which eases any concerns. She's a fountain of knowledge and a friendly person who is always happy to discuss any holiday wishes. Thank you theresa x

Theresa booked our recent holiday to Malta. She passed on her personal knowledge of the hotel and area to guide us to the perfect location, gave us all the information we needed for our stay so we could explore using public transport. Doing our airline check in for us was a bonus as was ensuring we had been given return pick up information. Booking with Theresa ensures a great personal service. This year we chose a package type holiday, but last year was a tailor made package, but the service was excellent for both.

Theresa Kelly at Not Just Travel made our trip to Skopelos an absolute pleasure. Everything went to plan, flights and ferries were on time and the hotel (Adrina resort and spa) was 5 star.

Booked a birthday trip to Prague for a weekend away via Lucy at 'Not just travel'. She was brilliant, friendly and professional, she searched for the cheapest but best deal giving us options, the hotel we stayed at was beautiful in walking distance of the old town. Lucy also suggested places to visit and offered to book them for us. All booking information was posted to us along with our board passes. Highly recommend, great service.

Theresa Kelly is amazing. She listens to what you want and delivers just the right location, information and personal care. We had a fantastic trip to Verona. Stayed in a very adequate quiet hotel right in the heart of all the action. Every detail was covered. Thank you very much for brilliant organisation.

We asked @david wallace at Not just travel to quote for safari for us last year, so so phenomenal we booked for this year and just returned. David got a better quote, better and more authentic and interesting accommodation than any other agent came up with, he sourced extras to make it special like room upgrades and VIP meet and greet. Both trips had airline delays and david was there no matter the time of day to communicate with transfer people and to reassure us. He offers a personal service that is excellent value for money and I simply wouldn’t arrange trips without his services now. Peace of mind provided, great deals delivered, extras to spoil us and an amazing package pulled together including touches like lounges, passport holders and baggage tags.

Lucy Middlemiss organised our holiday, with friends, to Rhodes and it was fantastic. Everything was considered and nothing was too much trouble. It was a great holiday and we will definitely be booking through Lucy again.

Andrew Walker and Anthony Hyde set up a great road trip itinerary for Eastern Canada. As a result of extensive discussions they turned our personal requirements into reality with a range of luxury and boutique hotels and guest houses along our 2500 mile journey. They were always available to deal with any issues along the way which gave us comfort to know that they could be contacted at any time. I would recommend their personal and professional services to anyone.

Excellent service as always. Swift, correct and kept in touch during the whole process making the travel wonderful. I can highly recommend this company.

We have just returned from our family trip to Rome. We were taking part in the Rome Half Marathon on the 18th October. Linda Robertson found us the perfect hotel and was able to organise flights that suited our tight schedule. We were kept fully informed and any questions we had were dealt with promptly. We'd definitely recommend using Linda. We certainly will book with Linda again.

I have used Poppy for years, the service we receive is always 5 star. We book all our holidays with her whether it be cruise or flight based holiday. She really looks after all her customers and nothing is too much trouble. She comes highly recommended.

Dalene arranged an amazing 60th birthday trip for our family of four to Kenya. The holiday ran very smoothly with the company (Pollmans), she had chosen to facilitate our travels in Kenya, being superb at every level. The variety of safari parks and quality of lodges were excellent. We had the holiday of a lifetime.

Steve, our Hays travel consultant always provides such a professional and friendly service, takes on board our preferences for our holidays and always tailors it perfectly to our needs, we've even tried new types of trips and it has been a comfort to know that Steve is available to support us, should we have any queries or hiccups. He recently went above and beyond when we were in Japan and flights were delayed due to a typhoon and was
able to guide us, despite a 7 hour time difference! We have had absolutely no hesitation in recommending Steve to our family and friends, because we know they will always be in safe hands. Steve deserves to do well, he is a great travel consultant providing a super service and we look forward to many trips ahead! John & Dawn

Rhodes in October. We booked this holiday with Wendy Porter. Wendy was there to guide throughout the whole process, from advising and booking, alerting when our boarding passes were available, contacting us when away as we hit Rhodes in a storm. She also contacted us when we got back to see if we had enjoyed our holiday. This sort of service is absolutely amazing for peace of mind as you know you've got someone you can contact if needs be. So very grateful, Wendy!

Sejal helped plan a cruise of a lifetime for my son and I! She supported from start to finish and I always knew I could message if needed. Booked via NJT meant all the hassle of research, booking a coordinating were gone and added to the holiday experience! I highly recommend going via NJT for all holidays to make life easier

Elliott has always provided a top quality service, always accommodating to my holiday requests as well as giving his expert advice on different locations. Whether I have booked my holiday separately or as a package it has always been straightforward and a relaxing booking service. He makes sure he checks in before, during and after your holiday to see how things are going which always gives you a good impression which you wouldn't get from other travel companies. I have recommended Elliott to lots of people in the hope they get to use his brilliant services too. Cannot speak highly enough.

Having recently returned from a fantastic family holiday at the wonderful Lara Barut Collection in Antalya I would like to thank both Dani and Simon @HorizonHunters for the amazing help and support with selecting and arranging everything for our 9 night all inclusive break. Their help, guidance and recommendations ensured we had a completely stress free experience from start to finish.
Despite providing real hands on service, help and assistance, they were able to match an online price of a package holiday supplier on the selected hotel, whilst also managing to ensure our prefered flight times were secured.
Stress free from start to finish.
I highly recommend Horizon Hunters if you are considering booking either a short break or holiday.
Thanks Simon & Dani.

Elliott has booked 3 trips for my family over the last 3 years and we have been so happy each time. I give him a few details and he always finds us the best deal. The customer service is superb from booking right up to checking in when we arrive and catching up when we are home.
For our last trip I gave Elliott a bit of a challenge with a small budget but he came through with another fantastic break. 100% recommend Not Just Travel!
