This company sends out SPAM on-mass.

It’s a poor reflection on the companies who use their services as it looks like the company spamming them.

Their opt-out doesn’t work. We get lots of irrelevant ‘press releases’ from GlobeNewswire / Notified on behalf of their customers and it’s just totally junk / spam. A terrible image for your company if you use them.

We contracted Notified for a single, clearly defined service, backed by one quote and one agreed price. Despite this, we received multiple invoices for what was presented as a unified service — with no prior notice, no explanation, and no breakdown that matched what we had agreed to.

When I reached out to our account manager for clarification, I received no follow-up whatsoever. Rather than addressing the billing discrepancy, Notified's collections department began chasing payment for charges we never authorized, and then added late payment fees on top of invoices we were actively disputing.

The lack of transparency in their billing process, combined with the complete failure of the account management team to respond to legitimate questions, made this a very frustrating experience. One invoice was settled promptly once we received it — but we should never have been billed for services outside the agreed scope in the first place.

I would caution any business considering Notified to ensure that every service and every potential charge is explicitly spelled out in your contract before signing. Verbal assurances and a single quote are apparently not sufficient protection against unexpected billing.

Spam and irrelevant content.

As a person working inside the Media industry, we class this company as ‘unsolicited spam’ and actively ignore any email or business associated to the emails which we received from them.

We have attempted to opt-out of their mailings, despite the fact we never even signed up for them! Our requests are ignored.

Pure unadulterated spam merchants.

Had not previously heard of this service before we received an email and I was able to work quickly with super knowledgable Acount Manager. They are as they describe, a full end to end communications company for pr profs, owned by Nasdaq and then West. Globenewswire is pr distribution and is a powerful tool to have in our PR toolkit. Suzana Geary was an outstanding guide, listened to our needs, and helped me pull together a perfect package to present to client for Press Release services moving forward. Professional, in command of her details, a joy working with this firm.

These guys do a lot of cold email and their product is half-baked. No one really knows what's going on and no one can get you an answer.

I tried to use it but their emails apparently didn't send to give me access or something. They don't know what's going on and I don't know what's going on.

I'll probably just stick to my existing provider.
