Overall a great experience
Overall a great experience. Patience was very helpful and answered all my questions. The only reason why I gave it 4 instead of 5 was the video link on the website did not work on two different devices. We ended up using zoom. I highly recommend just using zoom all the time and sending the link in the email rather than logging into website.
