Efficient and simple process
Was a little worried about connecting on time and wished there was a link instead of having to login and go through the system. Also unable to login to 2 different devices at once. A few technical glitches but overall good and fast experience.

Excellent consultant
Our consultant (Timothy) was very patient and helpful prior to the meeting in helping us get set up, during the meeting when we were working through the document and with follow-up. We would ask for him or his partner (Patience) again. It was our first time having a document notarized virtually, and it was successful.
