To be clear about how things work on our side: we do not reject withdrawals or terminate accounts without a documented reason based on the trading rules. Every payout request is reviewed by our compliance team, and if a breach is found, the account is flagged with the exact rule that was broken.

All breach and rejection reasons are shown directly on the trader dashboard, and the same information is also sent via email so you can see clearly what triggered the decision. If anything is unclear or you feel the rule has been applied incorrectly, you can always reply to that email or contact support and request a re-review of your case.

We are not here to avoid paying traders who follow the rules — payouts are only declined when a specific breach is confirmed. Please send your account ID and ticket number to our support team so we can look into your situation in detail and make sure you get a transparent explanation. If there has been any mistake, we’ll fix it.

Every breach reason, including timestamps and trade details, is always shown transparently inside the dashboard and also sent by email so traders can see exactly what happened.

We understand frustrations when a payout is denied, but rules like max daily loss, max overall loss, news restrictions, and stop-loss requirements exist to protect both traders and the firm. As long as traders remain within those rules, payouts continue to be processed normally.

If you believe there has been any mistake or misunderstanding, the support team can always review the data again — just reach out with your account ID.

Thank you for sharing this. We looked into your case and the discount code was unfortunately not applied at checkout, which means the payment processor charged the full amount. Discount codes must be fully applied before the transaction is completed, otherwise the system cannot retroactively adjust the price.

While we understand the frustration, purchases made without an active discount code cannot be refunded or altered after payment is confirmed. Our support team explained this and followed standard policy, but we are always happy to guide you step-by-step next time to ensure the code applies correctly before checkout.
