I have a 2021 Vito. My first positive experience with Northside Truck & Van in Sheffield was at the end of October 2025. When I went to collect something from the parts department, I met Will for the second time – a really friendly and helpful chap. I mentioned to him that the top of the windscreen on my newly purchased van was cracked. Will selflessly rang a few places and helped me sort out the problem – I’m very grateful to him for that.

My second experience concerned floppy parking brake pedal. I met Kane in the service department, who was very nice and polite. Kane patiently and kindly explained all the procedures to me, and after paying a deposit, the van was not only diagnosed but also repaired in no time. Kane and his colleagues said that this service would be free of charge and that the deposit would be refunded to me in accordance with company policy. A big thank you to Kane as well. Just to add I have received the refund.

Based on these two experiences, I think Northside Truck & Van in Sheffield has a brilliant team who are always happy to help. I will definitely be using their services again.

I own a 1999 Mercedes Sprinter
( Camper Van). The clutch fluid line failed, (corrosion). The part I needed is now Obsolete. I called Will Parrish at Northside, he could not be more helpful, together with Matt Drury they took an real interest in trying to solve the problem by looking at alternative Mercedes parts with the same fitment that I could have professionaly adapted to make a replacement . They spent a great deal of time on the phone with me and suggested I bring the part in to the dealership so as to assist even more .
With such great initial phone help I took them up on the offer .
Will, Matt, Together with technicians Simon Clayton, Martin Hamer, John Wainwright and even Simon Lonsdale from sales joined together as a cohesive team to work the problem. Will eventually managed to find an alternative part with the same clutch pedal fitment in stock that would arrive the following day.
A brilliant result and a real team effort using knowledge , expertise and fantastic customer service.
In a time when so many businesses can't be bothered to put a bit of effort in Northside Truck and Van Sheffield are
a real breath of fresh air.
My sincere thanks to Will and the rest of the team for getting me back on the road .

Our Maxus electric E5 had a issue with the display screens. The garage we purchased it from 2. Months ago Stoneacre Chesterfield were just not interested as they are no longer a dealer for Maxus . We was just told to contact North side truck & van . How glad we did. Spoke to them on the Friday , took it in Monday. Diagnosed the issue. Parts ordered and fitted all done for Thursday am. Kept in contact with us every day with updates. Top class service highly recommended the team at Atterclife Sheffield. Hope fully the start of a good relationship for our Maxuse5.

Kane, the NTV representative dealing with this claim was excellent from start to finish. The same cannot be said for your Sub-contractor, Alton cars at Leeds. These were terrible to deal with.

Shelby and Kane from Northside Truck and Van were quick and flexible in fitting in an emergency repair to our Sprinter Canpervan's ABS, when we were on holiday recently. Andy and Lewis in the workshop kept us informed of what was wrong, how they were proposing to fix it and costs, throughout the process meaning we were able to continue with our holiday, on a busy Friday afternoon, with the minimum of disruption

Alyssa is lovely to deal with and so are all reception staff. All have great communication skills and are very knowledgeable about the product. Telephone is always answered promptly and politely. Great company to deal with would fully recommend them.

website booking process annoying and not effective, I managed to book a service then cancelled it without knowing. Getting through to speak to someone takes a long time. overall happy with the result :-)

Took our motorhome in today had really great service they completed the 2 recalls & fitted a new battery under warranty in Less than 3 hours our motorhome is now back safe & sound in storage all ready for this years adventures thanks Northside 👍

Our contact from the start of the purchase process was Simon Lonsdale, based in the Sheffield branch. The Vito we were interested in was in Doncaster, Simon brought the vehicle to us for a test drive, once driven it took very little deliberation to decide we wanted it. Great communication and regular updates right up until collection where Simon was waiting to hand the vehicle over. Thanks to all involved for making our purchase a seemless experience.

Just purchased Mercedes Sprinter drop side pick up from Simon at Sheffield branch. Really happy with the service provided and the van! I have since purchased a second van with Simon and again service and van fantastic
