Northridge Toyota Omdömen 

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Northridge Toyota during a lease buyout. The dealership added thousands in optional products to my contract, without properly disclosing them or getting my informed consent. This included a $1,000 surface protection charge that was never explained or applied to my vehicle.

They lied to me, mislead me and straight up withheld information. I spent weeks trying to get them to send me missing documents from the buyout, but they told me they were “destroyed.”

So many others across other review sites and BBB have shared similar experiences, so this was clearly not a one-time thing. It’s systemic and intentional.

Please be cautious when reviewing your paperwork here. I highly recommend reviewing the contract at home before signing and getting outside financing. You have way more rights as a consumer than you may know.

This experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and extremely disappointing.

Avoid this dealership at all costs.

I thought shady dealership tactics were a thing of the past—apparently not. I called to return my lease and get a new car, and Amil worked with me over the phone to finalize a deal. Everything was set, or so I thought.

Just 30 minutes before I arrived, he called to say the car had been sold but urged me to come in because he had "other options." When I got there, he repeated that the car was sold, but conveniently, the other buyer was suddenly willing to back out—if I agreed to put down an extra $1,200 and increase my monthly payment by $200. The whole thing was clearly a bait-and-switch. He never even ran my credit.

The complete disregard for my time and intelligence speaks volumes about this dealership. Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else.

This would have been our fourth Toyota, but after this fiasco, we got an even better deal with another brand. So, not only did this dealership lose a sale, but Toyota lost a loyal customer.

Brought my car in for my Toyota Care was told to make an appointment as it would be 3 hours without one. So I made one, as I write this review I am still sitting here and it's been over 3 hours. I would strongly recommend taking your Toyota somewhere else for service. I am very glad I didn't buy the car from here. I had an awful experience 2 years ago that made me take my business elsewhere.
