Their after sales approach backed up the buying process, a minor issue was dealt with maturely with a profound sense of understanding.

Had a great experience with Norman Motors. Process was made incredibly easy and quickly and all staff were very informative and friendly.

I saw the car I liked on a selling app, I phoned the dealer and spoke to Neil, really helpful talked me through the car.
We travelled from Bristol to Bournemouth to view the car, it's a lovely car sales very well presented, met Neil who was very friendly offered us beverages and then moved the car so we could have a good look around. What I really liked was their was no pressure selling, Neil just left us to it, and said take your time if you have any questions just ask. We test drove the car and fell in love with it.
We decided that it was the car for us, spoke to Neil who said he would have the car serviced, MOT'd and also he would arrange delivery to Bristol for us, so we didn't have to travel back to Bournemouth.
I took just over a week to get the car, the guys that delivered it were also really friendly and asked if i had any questions about the car.
The overall experience dealing with Norman Motors has been a pleasure from start to finish, I would definitely buy from them again.

First saw the car I was interested in on the website I emailed to see if it was available and to show my interest. They got back to me within the hour however due to unexpected circumstances on my end I was unable to get back to them. I tried again once I was well, Neil got back to me arranged a time to come in he gave me a brief history on the company then got me set up with test drive. I knew I wanted said car straight away!
Got through the formalities and had a nice chat with him. He delivered the car to me 3 days after test drive and meeting him. The car is excellent the service is outstanding Neil went through everything with me fully transparent on everything can’t recommend them enough!

I bought a very nice second hand car from Norman Motors a year ago. I have left it a year before reviewing in order to properly assess the quality of the purchase.

I can confirm I am totally happy with the car which has been faultless and a joy to own. Norman Motors is not the cheapest nor most expensive and they do pride themselves in the customer experience. This is evident from the length of existence in business and reviews left by other customers.

The selection of good cars available was very good. I went to test drive one car but then fell for another as soon as I arrived.

The purchase/sell was hassle free and no pressure applied.

The car is sound and has provided a year of faultless driving. No hidden surprises.
