Nock Deighton Sales Omdömen

Tracey was quick to respond to the problem and followed up to check on progress. When the fridge had not been delivered, she followed up with the company responsible to get things moving

Tracey has been great with responding to issues with the home and communication with our landlord. Very prompt responses. Great communication!

Tracey was very communicative, always kept us informed about what was going on

Tracey Jones is fantastic, helped me out of a difficult situation with some parking charges. Can not fault her help with this issue

Nock Deighton have managed the letting of my family home for over 5 years now, as a family home we wanted it looked after as if we still living there and by Nock Deightons carefull vetting of our tenant and there regular photographic surveys and personal correspondance with our contact Tracey Jones this has been achieved to a very high standard.

Renting a lovely country property through Nock Deighton for a few years now. Excellent service from all staff, especially Lianne Mkeever who oversees all maintenance and repairs when required. Simple on line form to complete for repairs and Lianne arranges everything very quickly the next day. Excellent landlord as well. I have no hesitation in recommending this agency if you are looking to either purchase or rent a property. All my dealings over the years have been second to none with them.

Hannah and the staff at Nock Deighton were amazing whilst purchasing a property through them. Always contactable and always happy to help. Great service and would happily use them for future sales and purchases.

Thank you all for your help.

We worked with Hannah Tolley and it was a great experience, always helpful and understanding. Thank you for that.

It was not necessarily the best experience initially, because I had some problems with the plumbing in my flat. However, since meeting Sylvia Hames, they have been very responsive with repairs. She has been instrumental and helpful in making the accommodation comfortable.

We needed an electrician in a hurry for our rental property, and I wished to speak with Tracey. I was told she was in a meeting, but she phoned me back as son as she could, and an electrician was there at the house within a couple of hours. Was impressed with this service.
Have always dealt with Tracey and found her helpful and efficient, and so much more helpful than a computer!

I have decided to give a review of five stars on the basis of an efficient and speedy service from Tracey Jones throughout the parking fines situation.

Tracy Jones is always on hand to help.
She is quick and efficient to respond to emails and is always polite.

After logging an issue with my boiler with Victoria she got to work straight away in resolving my issues.

The plumber Andy who came out was wonderful. Being a single lady living alone I felt comfortable with him being in my apartment alone, he reassured me through the whole
Process kept me informed in every change. Was friendly and did everything he could to get it sorted as soon as possible.

Nock Deighton is by far the best company that deals in housing and property services I’ve ever worked with. They are thorough, efficient and easy to deal with. My property manager Lianne Mckeever and her colleague Sylvia Hames are worth mentioning for their punctuality, swift and efficient response everytime I deal with them.

Sylvia Hames is always so polite and helpful, very easy to deal with. Any concerns we have she listens and puts right without hesitation.

Timely, polite, none intrusive and helpful property inspections conducted by Sylvia Hames.

My journey to moving into the apartment was very fast following my first contact with Nock Deightons Millie Hicks. She clearly helped myself by pointing out what steps needed to be followed for a speedy move, she understood my personal need for a fast move and did all she could to facilitate this.Nock Deighton have an excellent process and team to help with the stressful time of moving, with understanding and one hundred percent effort.Millie was my point of call and proved to be both Profesional and understanding. An excellent performance, with my move in date met.Thanks.

I would like to leave this review for Tracey as she has recently helped us a lot when it came to sorting out our number plate/parking situation. She is always so polite, professional and kind in her emails. She’s very helpful and Tracey is very fast at sorting out any issue that we have which decreases my stress levels so thank you for that!

We recently purchased a house through these guys. We are extremely satisfied with the service they have provided, in particular a special thankyou to Emily, who has been absolutely brilliant in the fact that she has kept us updated by ringing us on a weekly basis to make sure everything was going through smoothly.

Our recent experience with Nock Deighton was very positive, Laura Carlon particularly, dealt with tenancy matters quickly and efficiently and we would have no hesitation in using them for future dealings
