Cult-like MLM structure - they befriend you then turn hostile when you leave...
WARNING: NoBS Agencies operates like a cult disguised as business coaching. They pretend to be your friend, build trust, then turn nasty and hostile the moment you try to leave. Classic cult behavior.
I joined their program in good faith, attended their expensive retreat, and even referred a friend. Aside from the basic tactics, which you can learn in a few days, the cost of the program is staggeringly inflated compared to the actual contact time and services delivered.
The cost of the full Mastery program is circa $18k, I was paying in monthly instalments and had got in touch with them during the 1-month cooling off period, saying that I might not be able to afford the programme, but they replied with "The money will come! It's not a question of IF but WHEN, you're doing all the right things etc." They also pressurised me to join them on the retreat (an extra expense) which put additional strain on my finances. Eventually I left graciously expressing genuine gratitude for the value received.
After they had been so warm and friendly on the retreat, their response was shocking. They hit me with a surprise $999 exit fee which they immediately dropped when challenged, proving they knew it was improper. They deliberately targeted my disclosed ADHD symptoms, describing them as "sporadic engagement" and "avoiding structure," essentially weaponizing a neurological condition I had trusted them with. They shamed me for being a single parent with financial struggles and used my genuine gratitude against me, claiming I had somehow exploited them.
The MLM structure they hide is equally concerning. Students labeled "Year 3" and "Year 4" provide the actual coaching while Pia Silva collects the fees. The curriculum consists largely of recycled content from old training sessions presented as premium material. There's minimal actual input from the founder herself, yet they charge thousands. They constantly pressure you to recruit friends, which I unfortunately did and now deeply regret.
Their cult tactics are textbook. Initial love-bombing through the retreat experience and community feeling, followed by financial pressure to buy expensive add-ons you can't afford. When you try to leave, they deploy shame, guilt, and use your personal vulnerabilities against you. The moment you set any boundaries, they become immediately hostile.
They pressured me into their expensive retreat despite my financial strain, then weaponized that financial pressure against me later. When I professionally challenged their practices with documented evidence, they immediately processed a partial refund, proving they knew their behavior was wrong.
Other former members report identical hostile exits, being cut off from platforms they'd paid for and having to fight for basic access to materials they'd already purchased. This isn't coaching, it's a predatory MLM cult that exploits vulnerable entrepreneurs.
