We have a pre-order option for items which we don't have in stock - mainly for convenience, so you can place an order and not (eventually) get what you want. We do list due back in stock dates where possible - but with some of our niche suppliers this isn't always possible... so if you do choose to order with us again, please email or call first if anything is on pre-order. Niven and Joshua have a great selection of really good, high quality, products. The website is easy to navigate and find exactly what you need and more. The order I made was handled very quickly and I received the products very quickly. Superb service!

Great customer service!
There was a slight delay with one of the products I had ordered, N&J emailed me straight away, and when I explained that I needed the other items fairly quickly they were posted and arrived the next day, with the delayed item only taking a couple of extra days. Great customer service! Will definitely shop here again.
