Scamming little scumbags!
I’ve decided to have my website hosted by another company as I’m sick and tired of New World contacting me to part with my money unnecessarily. They sell you lifetime SSL on website domains then try and charge you over & over again.
Now that I want to leave, they will not hand over my domain without me paying over £100 for them to release it!
Stay away from New Workd Digital Media.
They don’t even deserve 1 star

Sucked in with a £99 deal that ended up costing us over £1500 for a website that doesn’t work, is not rated on google or any other platforms despite numerous phone calls saying this would be sorted. Customer service is absolutely shocking and when trying to change anything on the site it’s a nightmare to get anything done through them. Only interested in taking your money and running with it. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a site. Biggest waste of money with absolutely no return

I had a website built I paid 99 plus vat and I cannot tell you how happy I am the process was simple and they couldn’t do enough for me’ I opted to advertise it on google and I had two jobs from it already and more then made my money back I would recommend them to anyone

Same as a lot of other people. Offered a website for £99, not at any point told about the additional costs, and had £350 taken without my full consent. Bunch of scammers avoid at all costs.

DO NOT BUY A WEBSITE FROM THIS COMPAN

I WAS FIRST CALLED UP THREE YEARS AGO FROM THE SALES TEAM, OFFERING ME A WEBSITE FOR £99 PLUS THE VAT PER YEAR AND AFTER THAT THE COSTS KEEP STACKING UP AND WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR I WAS OVER £800 IN THE SALES TEAM WAS ABSOLUTELY USELESS WHEN IT COMES TO ME WANTING TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON THE WEBSITE, BUT AS SOON AS IT COMES TO A PAYMENT, EVERY PERSON IN THE OFFICE WOULD BE ON THE PHONE TRYING TO COLLECT MONEY, ESPECIALLY A WOMAN CALLED NAOMI, WHO WAS VERY PERSISTENT ON COLLECTING PAYMENTS FOR THINGS THAT WE DID NOT SIGN UP AT FOUR IN THE FIRST PLACE. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH TO NOT GET SUCKED INTO BUYING A WEBSITE FROM THIS THESE PEOPLE THERE AN AWFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst company ever. They cannot do anything and rip you off. For the love of god STAYAWAY!!!

DO NOT BUY A WEBSITE WITH THIS COMPANY!!
I was called by one of there sales team and promised a 5 page website for £99 + Vat a year. I don't really need a website, but thought for £99 it would be good to have an online presence. So I signed up and paid the £99. A week later I got called by the supposed website designer who basically spent 55 minutes of an hour conversation trying to sell me an optimization package. I was basically told the website is not going to be able to be found and would be useless without it. So I stupidly paid the £600 for that. A week later someone else called me to sell me something else that to do with the website for an additional £300. I am now up to over £1000 in payments and 5 weeks in and still no website. They have also called me another 3 times saying I need to pay more for additional extras. Which I obviously haven't paid. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES THAT I HAVE AND GET CONNED BY THESE PEOPLE!

I can honestly say this company is absolutely awful they are not only useless and doing what they are suppose to do they are also awful to deal with from putting simple spelling mistakes right to not being able to put sentences together so after asking on numerous occasions to put things right I still ended up with a website that is very average to say the very least my site was actually on a couple of occasions bought up in company whilst out socialising with friends to show how funny it was due to misspelling and putting sentences together.
On the very first occasion of building my website I actually could not believe what they had done for me it truly looked like a school kid had done it who had very poor understanding of English so when I pointed this out to the clown company the reply was they occasionally use youngsters to learn the skills of building websites to which I replied you are making a joke about this aren’t you and the reply was no but they will get someone to look at it afterwards and put it right for you and after numerous attempts it got to a stage of being I would say below average.
They are also terrible to deal with as I’m trying to move my website over to a professional and all I am getting is lies and BS from them .

From the moment me and my partner spoke to the company we were fed nothing but lies. Told us by paying the money to them it would get us out of contract with an alternative provider which was untrue. Paid the money and didn't even get website out of it as they were then asking for even more money. Joke of a company.

Promised a £99.00+VAT website plus a few add on finding names at the start. 6 Months later £1600.00+ and just had another call asking for another £400.00 when the website is not even up and running properly as of yet.

Don't get me wrong, its a nice website but why promise customers a small fee and then charge stupid costs. And as i can see on other reviews not the first person to say about the £99.00 scam.

Same as everyone - always asking for more money. Got a business to pay £1500 after the initial £99 website. Not done. Lacked even a privacy policy which leaves you vunerable to ICO fines

Do not use this company.
There is some fees that you don't even imagine.
Constantly getting calls for some bill that needs too be paid.
And every time the price is minimum 399+VAT.
Google verification
Website renewal ( twice a year)
And many more fees

Every time these guys call me i pray and hope it's a nice courtesy called just to see how the new website is doing instead no it's asking for more money the website in the great scheme of things is relatively cheap but their sales Tactics are trying to make you pay for rubbish that does not cost what they say it costs and they told me on numerous occasions this is the last thing. Well I've certainly more then what I think the website is worth now and they won't be getting a penny out of me anymore.

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding charges made to my credit card by your company. I was charged £358.80 for Google Business verification, a service that I have since learned is free directly from Google. Given this misleading information, my trust in your services has been compromised.

In addition to this charge, I have also been billed £838.80 for search engine optimisation services and £118.80 for a domain name. As a result, I am requesting a full refund for the total amount of £1,316.40 (£358.80 for Google verification, £838.80 for SEO, and £118.80 for the domain name).

If I do not receive a prompt resolution, I will involve my credit card company to dispute these charges and terminate our contract.

Please confirm receipt of this email and provide a timeline for the refund process. I look forward to your immediate response and resolution of this matter.

As others have said they are not to be trusted. I’ve wasted so much money with them and yet no website, no refunds and they still want more money!

Totally ripped off. Almost a £1000 down the drain.
