I had a website built by this company that started with a £149 fee then they kept calling me for extra payment for extra work that they didn’t do
Then asked me for a security on my website I didn’t want it then they blocked my website
Now I want to go elsewhere they will not give me my hosting and domain they want £200+vat to release them
ABSOLUTELY REP OFF

Keep away from this company, i got the call and have been convinced to pay 90 pounds for a website, and ended up paying 500 pounds with all the extras, they got you onboard first then they call with all the extras... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Got on board with them back in November 2019 been sold one product then to find out all the fancy bit is extra... a lot extra been pushed to purchase in very aggressive manners. Best phone call was today to renew my SSL witch should be ON from day one I have purchased web site from them then in 2020 I have been offered free SSL for 12 moths as they took 4 month to build website and now in Feb 2021 my 12 months SSL is due for renewal AGAIN. since Nov 2019 still no SSL certification on website.

Got nothing but praise for this company my website was ready within 14 days and to a high standard cant thank the team enough considering i am a dinosaur. Already recommended you

Awful company talk the talk then lie lie lie. Sent me invoice for £99 Inc VAT then 5ook VAT so chargedxa further £18 was told it is automatic even though I have the hard copy in front of me. They refuse to reimburse me even though they gave me this price verbally and via email. Once joined they've got you and tell you everyone you speak to has left they can't help you terrible company this is my last year with them

I’m a small business owner and have tried several times in the past to launch my own website, tried building my own site ...... no it was poor let someone else try and no listened the result was nothing as I wanted. With Adam from New World Digital Media every single detail was listened to then laid out for plus the time and patience to allow me to tweet some bits the results were great. I’m really proud of what WE achieved and the help from Sarah Corry at the end was superb, well what a team.

Great service good value for money very helpful

This company is a rip off. They promise you one thing, get paid and delivery something totally different with out contract info. When you chase it up, they fob you off between different people and give you NOTHING!

I am sad to say that this company began with one promise and eventually charged my father and me for extra things that were not covered in the initial phone call. I kept pushing for what was initially discussed, yet it took over 3-4 phone calls and 2 different people who required my explanation of why I will not be paying more than what was discussed.

I have been trying to contact the company since NOVEMBER, yet they have completely ignored my emails and voicemails(because they don't pick up the phone anymore). So all in all, I would not recommend you go with this company - and bare in mind I never write reviews for these kinds of things, but they've upset me. I dislike dishonesty.

I cannot recommend this company enough. In particular Dan who is always a joy to speak to and answers phones and messages really promptly.
Jordan in Customer Services has gone above and beyond to help facilitate the change in domains and has always been so patient and able to send me guides or simply amend anything I need and I’ve had a few questions along the way! Earl for making us 2 wonderful websites that far exceeded my expectations. The price and the service has been wonderful.

Rip people off and scamming company!!!!!!!
Do not waste your time and money on this company as they are all liars. The website took more than 3 months to create. Very poor design. They never kept even one word what they promised at the start. Still trying to charge you more under different names. Supposed to be free for any change on the website but the first month I asked a small amendment they asked for more money. And at the end they did not give me back my domain name. Fraudsters, gangsters, robbers.
No one must ever use this bloody company.

Thanks to New World Digital Media and especially Sarah. We wanted to change the email address on our website and the matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently, Sarah even gave me a follow up call to see if everything was working fine - excellent service. We've had our website with New World for approaching 3 years and they have always dealt promptly with any issues. I would recommend them to anyone.

For your own peace of mind, please do read all the previous reviews (prior to September 2020).
Sadly a friend used this company and was also scammed out of his money. They really don’t deliver and the websites are of the poorest quality. I am going to write to them again and let them know that I posted this review to see if they will finally supply the control panel we requested 3 months ago ...

Very good experience with New World. My website came out out how I wanted it, and the designer made my changes quickly.

Got in touch with these guys to get a website made. They did it for a great price and it's so well designed and easy for my customers to get information from, They built me in a control panel so I can update everything on there as I go and things change.

Rip Off!!! Please don't anyone use or give this company a penny..... it will start with one price and then go from there... Web site design very poor :-( promised the best seo site and ended up with a very expensive hole in my bank account and a site that ranked 16 plus on Google...... shocking rude customer service and zero help given to address any issue... unless you pay !! Again and again even wanted £100 plus vat to just scrap and take the site down. Scammers be warned.

I have been using this company for two years now for my brand and their customer service has been amazing. In particular my designer Leon has been a Godsend. I message him quite frequently with regards to building my Ecommerce site and he has put together a site that is well thought out, functional in a timely manner. I trust that he will remain my designer to expand the website even more.
