First time using Newman's and very happy with the overall experience.
Booking was simple and straight forward and the ongoing communication was brilliant.
The caravan was of a brilliant standard and within a few minutes of the main facilities.
We very happy with our holiday and would definitely use Newmans again.

Caravan was great with amazing sea views (Devon Cliffs W21). A few minor issues sorted by Newmans within an hour. Could not fault the service. Thanks

Just had 5 days in brean the caravan was very clean and modern could not fault it
There was a power cut but newsman’s let us know they was aware and will let us know when back on they did call me straight away to let me know it was back on
The amenities on site was 5* and would definitely be going back

I have used Newmans over the years for booking holidays never any problems. More recently I used Newmans to let out my caravan on Devon Cliffs the service second to none. Van always clean on arrival any issues that have occurred was notified straight away. Pricing for renting out van was excellent would highly recommend Newmans to rent out your van or to book a holiday in one.

When booking this holiday, straight through to arriving on site, then later checking out. The whole experience was easy and we were always well informed. The price was very reasonable for what we got, as well as the views! Waking up to sea views every morning was beautiful. The caravan was spacious, clean, tidy, and overall a lovely stay. The reception on site were helpful with any queries, and we were also updated from Newmans about any details to contact for issues with the caravan in or out of working hours.
In terms of Ladram the site itself, it was welcoming and clean. The private beach was a short walk, with a cafe on the beach front. The staff were all lovely, this was the first holiday park where everyone was always so lovely to talk to throughout the week. The entertainment was fab, and we loved going every night. The 90's night was the best to see!
Overall, I can't fault anything about our stay, and can't wait to book again!

Just enjoyed a great 4 night stay at Golden Sands in Devon. Caravan was very modern and included WiFi very useful for evening browsing. Enjoyed the quiet location with just a short walk to the main access to Dawlish Warren. Dawlish didn't disappoint and with visits to Exmouth and. Teignmouth we enjoyed lots of sea view walks with our lurcher dog. Have already booked for next year, thank you Newman's .

The wardens Kevin and his wife were great. Answered every question we asked them, came around multiple times a day to make sure we was okay and asking how our stay was. They took pride in their jobs and making sure the green field was a good place to camp.

The park is lovely and big which means kids of all ages can play there. The toilet and shower facilities were lovely and clean and they also had family showering facilities so it made it a lot easier for me and my husband to shower our daughter. The pitch is self was a lovely pitch to set our big tent up on and we also had room for our 2 cars on the pitch. One of our cars had a dead battery when we was suppose to come home on the Monday which involved us getting of the pitch later than we was suppose too, however Kevin was understanding and made sure to reassure us that it was fine and that these things happened. He also had a battery charger on site so we was able to you that which was a lifesaver.

I cannot wait to go back next summer in our tent and to stay on greenfield

We’ve just had a fabulous holiday at Devon Cliffs holiday park which was booked through Newmans.
The booking process was straight forward and the caravan was fabulous and ready for our arrival.
We were informed via text message of the number to call if we experienced any problems (luckily we didn’t have any).
Would definitely recommend Newmans and we will be booking again next year.

Caravan was filthy with blood stained mattresses which were not changed until second day . Window broken and not fixed all week . Heater broken and not fixed all week . Person on phone was rude and no help whatsoever

We recently stayed at Unity Holiday Park in Brean.
The caravan was brilliant, very clean, near to the beach.
Had a dishwasher & coffee machine, cleaning products pegs clothes airer.
Fantastic stay, all you need on site, Chinese, Indian, pizza, fish & chips shop, laundrette, entertainment.
Really cannot fault, the staff were amazing and really helpful. Really friendly guests too. Highly recommend.

We stayed at ladram bay using Newmans holidays. Absolutely fantastic experience. Saved us lots of money, and it was so easy, they keep you informed with all you need to know. Will definitely be using again. Thanks for a great holiday :)

Beautiful chalet, fabulous site at Brean Sands, very relaxed. A comfy home for the week, thoughtfully furnished, clean and bright.

This was our first time staying at devon cliffs , check in was quick and easy with newmans , we stayed at the terrace 37 upon arrival the van was spotlessly clean, modern and spacious . The view from this caravan is spectacular . The van was close to entertainment complex but not too close . We booked linen last minute and this was delivered very quickly ,We very much enjoyed our time there and would go again .

Biggest mistake. Avoid at all costs!
Would never book with them ever again. Sewage found on the beach and rapid gunfire every day.
We booked a family holiday with Newmans Holiday Homes in Sandy Bay Devon. (Haven holiday park)

On our arrival we visited the beach. We discovered lots of seaweed that had recently been washed up on the beach with loads of used toilet paper! with stains still on the toilet paper yuck. So for the rest of the week we avoided that part of Sandy Bay.

From day one we heard Guns firing.
Every day we could hear them. Whether it was on the beach or in our caravan, we could hear rapid gunfire.
Our caravan was situated approximately 200meters away from a Army practise firing range. Guns being fired from 9am until 4pm and sometimes until as late as 11:30pm
This terrified our 8 year old.
Absolutely discusting.
We have written formal complaint to Newmans Holiday Homes. And thier reply was nothing short of a text book fobb off.
We would never book with them period yet all they could offer was a 10% discount on our next booking. And an apology 🙄
If we had of known of either awful issue we would of 100% booked elsewhere.
We deserve a refund. Absolutely discusting!!

We’ve just returned from a fantastic week in Devon. This is my 4th time booking Devon Cliffs with Newmans.

Sue, always goes above and beyond with anything I ask with our bookings. Our Caravan was perfect with a stunning view over the cliffs and along the front (Karo Place 99) I can’t thank Newmans enough for another fantastic holiday. I will definitely be booking a 5th holiday with them.

Very pleased with the caravan. It was clean and tidy. No problems , the only small complaint was that my son who is 17 said that the bed next to his smelt strong of wee and although it was clean it perhaps needed something stronger to get rid of the smell. We kept window open slightly. The garden was great for the dogs and it was great to feel that they were safe to roam around the garden. I would definitely use Newman's again and even use the same caravan.

This must be our 8th or 9th time booking with Newmans, maybe more. Always great, easy, helpful. When we’ve needed maintenance in any of our stays which has only been twice, they’ve been out prompt and rectified. We’ve stayed in a range of different vans, they are all lovely, always true to pics and we feel secure with them. Currently staying in KW19 which is absolutely stunning, everything as advertised, clean and we know the support is there if needed. Check in is super easy with key code. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, Thankyou Newmans for the many memories we have at Devon Cliffs!
