There was no option of a normal…

There was no option of a normal receipt, they made me type my email address onto a big screen in front of a store full of customers, not to mention holding up the queue. I'm now being inundated with spam email from them! Really not happy. Only leaving 2 stars because the clothes are fine.

No parcel, no customer service!

Ordered parcel for delivery to parcelshop. It was supposed to be a 2-day delivery. Evri tracking says its been in their depot for 10 days. Sat online for more than an hour with constant refreshing to “chat” to someone at New Look because there is no phone number. Finally a person/ AI - who knows typed they would investigate. Since then, no communication whatsoever other than to say they have closed my enquiry. Can’t even demand a refund without sitting online for more than an hour again or emailing, which apparently takes them 7 days to respond. Evri aren’t any better, when I give them my tracking number their online robot says they are investigating, then I get cut off. Will never order from New Look again. There is effectively NO customer service. Will try to get money back through my credit card company.

No customer service whatsoever

I’ve recently placed an order with New Look..Annoyingly I put a wrong email address so I now have no order number or confirmation etc….i have tried NUMEROUS times to contact customer services but always end up with the ‘chat facility’ that tells me there’s a 45 min wait but I have to refresh every 5 minutes!!!!!!? I then tried going down the COMPLAINT route only to end up with the chat facility again!! There’s no phone number so there basically is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE…..annoying & very disappointed customer 😡

Disgraceful

Waited for 3 separate days after being given delivery times by Evri (another company who do not care about their customers). Tried contacting New Look but could find no actual person to e mail or speak to. Eventually after another week had gone by the parcel was found on the lawn with mud on it, having been thrown over the gate. I did not want the item any more as it arrived too late and realised, to my horror, that I had to pay to send it back. So I had to pay for bad service, that was not my fault, for sending and returning. I complained to the bot at New Look and got a rubbish bot reply simply stating that they were sorry but they are unable to refund postage. Why? I will never know. First time of ordering from them. Never again. Should mention a similar problem with John Lewis was resolved in one phone call - to a person.

Collecting data under false promises

Dreadful Customer Service and irregular Data Harvesting.

I went on this company's website today. They offered me 25% off as a new customer if I gave them my details. Nothing has come through on email so they have taken my data under false promises.
I tried to contact their customer services. Woeful. I held on their live chat for 50 minutes and no response. I tried their HQ telephone number, was on holder an operator for 11 minutes then the phone went dead. I've looked up their directors and managers. Seems like Clare Dobbie is their Chief Customer Officer. She needs to pull her finger out as she seems to be chief of nothing at the moment.

Total nightmare company…

I placed an order + the wrong address was put on the parcel. Evri attempted to deliver to the wrong address where the occupant rejected the parcel. Evri initially stated it had been delivered but now show they sent it back to New Look. I cannot trace the parcel so cannot request a refund. New Look are not responding to any emails/whatsapp/texts + don’t have Customer Service phone number. They have sent 2 texts saying they are busy + did I still need help answer Yes or No. Obviously said Yes but now saying they are signing off as I haven’t responded. I have paid for the items but as I have never taken possession of the parcel cannot trace or get a refund.
This company is a total nightmare + to be avoided at all costs.

I ordered and wanted to return made a mistake and choose wrong option as I have no printer to do the label . seems no telephone number to speak to someone for help chat is virtual and WhatsApp takes for ever for a reply. Terrible service you make a mistake unable to rectify and no one in NEW LOOK HELPS AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
