All they put out game wise is AI slop with more bugs than watergate. They fund the wierdest stuff. Games full of micros to scam kids and ignorant parents, their "support" is non existant, and they decided to stop funding the only game that WASN'T designed to steal from kids.

Wonderful customer service and excellent technical abilities evident. Really delighted to experience such a fabulous encounter. Well done!

I had heard a lot of bad things about this company's business model. Now I have tried a few games of theirs myself.
They literally use gambling with real money in games aimed at kids.
How is that even legal?
Because you buy the game's own made up currency for real money, and then use that currency for gambling?
Seems cynical to say the least.

Disgusting company that steals your money. The closing of the LOTR game which might be least friendly free to play model there is, is horrendous. They announced the closure and stopped all forms of contact with players. Will never play another game of there’s again

After a few years of playing with investment of time and money, ‘Net-sleaze’ games are sunsetting Lord of the Rings, Rise to War with 2 months notice. This is their right but there are thousands of people that have now lost their money and the teams/friends they have met whilst playing. Do not spend money playing any net-sleaze platform, you have been warned…!

Spamming me with emails for nearly 15 years, won't let me unsubscribe without making a new account and getting all my information to sell again these guys are disgusting and wouldn't even give them the one star if I could, nothing but scammers

They allow cheating the most toxic game play and most unrealistic and unreliable matches in ranked this company needs to be put under investigation ther family should be ashamed for letting this toxic environment to exist

They make great games off the backs of under paid employees, then use the players to boost their engagement and force in game purchasing over longevity or experience. Till finally they leave the game a dry dead shell of what it was. They only thrive for as long as no one else makes a game to compete as soon as they have competition their history players will always go to another studio, over being used by net ease. Truly they only care about your money and data, never have they strived to make a game people would just want to play. Save your money and enjoy their games till some indie company does their game better.

This is the worst gaming company I've ever encountered. They have a proven track record of creating games and then milking their customers for money, and then scam their customers by cancelling their game suddenly. They lie about a game's longevity, assuring players it's not going anywhere, and then suddenly, you receive an update that the game is canceled. To add insult to injury, they refuse to refund any purchased items or content. It's a complete scam.

Dont use your money on their online gaming services. They will scam you.

My identity v account was stolen due to their critical bug and when i tried to recover it. They asked for purchase receipts from 2024 which the one who stole it through bug method they had has purchased stuff with the account.

I told them i can't give it because it was stolen through in-game bug, but they didn't care and still wanted receipts from 2024.

I only have from 2020-2022 when i was active on the account. But they don't care and continues requesting receipts from 2024 which is very poor and very unprofessional way to verify ownership.

Real companies would require older receipts to prove ownership, but neatease don't care and continues about i must send receipts from 2024 -.-

So stay away from this company and do not play their games and spend money! All you do is supporting a very greedy company that does not care and protects one who steals accounts.

Game will strip you of every dollar you have and let cheaters roam their games but the minute you say a bad word you get banned I have personally witnessed this tested my buddy used speed hacks in DBD mobile and some dude kept swearing at him at the end of every game he got him several times he reported him he got banned 2 days later and he kept on going whole thing was recorded their customer support is worse than those indian customer service representatives this company is truly disgusting all they care about is money they will let their players suffer for a profit. Then they ban my real account that I play 100% fair on for supposed “exploits” lol like what?

My daughter had her account stolen by another player!!!! Identity 5 was not concerned that we invested a lot of money Into a game a person stole.

We provided proof of apple receipts , current active apple account and it's the same apple account she had 4 years ago.

We have been trying to get her account back now ( over one year). We have not had any progress with Netease in obtaining my daughter account.

Clearly Identity 5 staff and net ease knows her account was stolen.

They asked how it was open ,when it was open ,receipts of purchase.

This company Netease is scamming people and supporting thieves who steal other people's account or accounts that are hacked .

Disgusted with customer service and I have no trust in a company that plays consumers for suckers !!! Taking our money and not supporting the consumer, Netease has unprofessional practices!!!

Stay away from any and all games by net ease and know the owner of the game you play before you buy or play !!! Support hardworking companies that enjoy gaming customers !!

Oh but customer support will tell you how sincere they are, and hope you have a good day/weekend/life, and how hard they work to provide great customer satisfaction. All words no meaning.
They are trash that have strict T&C with no individual basis leniancy for mistakes or special circumstances.
They also do sneaky things to siphon your slowly earned (F2P) premium currency so you buy it.

One star is too generous. I would rate it zero if I could.
