The experience was great. Motherboard arrived in good postage condition. Fully boxed and the board itself perfect. My only caveat was that after order confirmation, the communication went silent... Se mer

NeoComputers is making it's way into the ecommerce market offering you great deals on hardware, peripherals, accessories and much more. Although NeoComputers is a relatively new business that was started in 2019 we are dedicated to making sure we are able to offer the best possible experience for our customers. We offer free deliveries on all products sold online and faster delivery options are available for a small fee. We only use DPD UK and DPD Local as our couriers since we feel that other couriers are just not able to meet our customers expectations. We are happy to offer all retail customers on our website the chance to earn reward points on every order, bonus points for introducing a friend and a little birthday bonus too. We are also an independent retailer for Games Workshop, we have the best sellers range available to buy online and collect in store. So if you are local to Washington why not check out our full range of Warhammer 40k and Age Of Sigmar online. The best part is you earn reward points on these items too and the points are transferrable so you get to spend your points on whatever you want.

Great price for the product
Great price for the product, one of the few that had it in stock and quick delivery too. Their returns policy however is borderline illegal and would dissuade me from ordering any multiple components, I get the impression they would be very difficult to deal with should I have any issues.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you're satisfied with both the price of the product and our prompt delivery.
Regarding our returns policy, it complies fully with the distance selling regulations outlined in UK law. As a small business, it's important for us to maintain policies that also ensure our protection.
If you have any questions or need clarification on any aspect of the returns policy, I’d be more than happy to assist. I noticed that we haven't received any RMA requests related to your order, so it seems like you haven't yet needed to use our returns service.
Don't be suspicious, they're legit!
Found Neo Computers via PC Part Picker. Was skeptical at first as the price was so low but I took a leap of faith and am very happy I did. No issues at all, speedy delivery, package was well packed and protected and everything works perfectly. Highly recommend shopping with them and I'll definitely use them again. Fast, smooth transaction and the cheapest prices around by far.

Competitive Pricing, Fast Delivery
I had my eye on a particular component, not only were they one of a few retailers with stock, they also have it at a very competitive price. I also chose the cheapest delivery option and they delivered it ahead of schedule. Can't fault them at all

Smooth service, nothing to fault
Ordered a motherboard from here as they had the cheapest price. Ordering process was very easy, order was processed quickly and shipped via DPD local. Motherboard was in brand new in a sealed box and has been working perfectly for several weeks.

Neo Computers have a great customer support team!
I purchased a motherboard from these guys along with other PC components from elsewhere. After the build, the MB appeared to not work.
Paul from customer support sent some tests for us to try ~ to no avail. So the unit was returned for them to test. No problems found. They sent a video of their tests and sent the board back to me! After a process of elimination we discovered another component at fault!
NeoComputers were great! Responded quickly to my e-mails, was patient with my ignorance and was clear in their advice.
Thanks to Paul and the team! I am now up and running.

Good Price, Prompt Shipping
First time purchase with this company, as they had listed the item at a lower price than elsewhere. Shipped out my order promptly with secure packaging and no bother. I've had no need to contact after sale but on the back of my successful order I would recommend them!

Great prices, great service
Well worth checking out the prices here before shopping elsewhere. Very competitive and often cheapest when checking on PC Part Picker.
No issues with the delivery... Well packaged and can sometimes be faster than advertised.
