Fantastic week at Messini. The resort is of a high standard, all the staff are professional and courteous covering a wide range of activities. The food is top quality with plenty of choice. Booked for Croatia next year.

We had a great sailing week with excellent support from the Neilson crew in Vounaki. The Marina manager Ioannis and Ian the lead engineer in particular. We arrived back home and booked two more trips for 2027 by 8:30am the very next morning …. I think this says it all! See you again in October 2026 !

Easy to book. Staff exceptionally patient and sorted out my dialysis supplies to be delivered out to Greece. And were incredibly flexible and supportive, which allowed me to travel. I have booked a further 2 holidays since my return.

We had a fantastic stay at Levante Rhodes with Neilson, and several members of the team really helped make the holiday special. A particular highlight was Emelie, the swim instructor. The parent and baby swimming sessions were excellent. Our one-year-old daughter took to Emelie very quickly and had a brilliant time playing games in both the kiddies’ pool and the big pool. On one of the days, our daughter was not in the best mood - probably hungry and ready for a nap - but Emelie persevered with patience and warmth that she still managed to get a smile out of her. We later found out Emelie has a very strong swimming background, and that absolutely showed in how confident, calm and engaging she was with our daughter. We also wanted to mention Kimi, the Playitas padel coach. He was brilliant, really well organised, friendly, and clearly has a strong sporting background. I had several coaching sessions with him which were great, and the advanced Americano sessions in the afternoons were great too, as were the morning coaching and match play sessions. The only slight shame was that Neilson guests were limited to just one hour of padel per day - hence why I went with the extra coaching. Worth noting they just finished building 2 more padel courts, so 4 in total now. A lovely personal touch was that the Neilson rep brought a wrapped present for our daughter’s first birthday, which we really appreciated and thought was very thoughtful. Finally, Patricia, Nicole and the restaurant team were especially lovely with our baby, always smiling, warm and personal, and helped create a really welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we had a brilliant stay (our second at this hotel) and despite some power cuts which can’t be helped, we felt very well looked after and would come back again.

Overall a really lovely holiday - the location is gorgeous, the staff are lovely and the food is great! just a few niggles that could easily be rectified and make this a 5 star holiday - I currently rate it 4.7
the flight times to /from Manchester/Dalaman are horrible - Coupled with a delay meant arrival into Dal was at 1.30am - then having to wait an hour for the transfer to the hotel, 90 mins away, is not a great start to the holiday.. same at the end, having to pay 40/75 euro late check out and haggling for a lunch / packed lunch from the hotel is hassle and leaves a slightly sour taste. These are tiny issues that could be smoothed out easily by Neilson and just requires communication with the hotel. The only other issue is the music - Cooks Club Adakoy says on their website, they're all about the music - this is barely mentioned by Neilson but every day at 4pm the DJ starts - don't get me wrong, the music is actually great, but it's loud and its relentless! there's no chance of getting away from it, you can hear it in your room, at the beach, everywhere- so this couple, av age 60, is leaving slightly knackered with the feeling of clubbing in the 90's! We are clearly not the target market for this hotel, but nevertheless, everyone wants R+R - just turn it down a little and start at 5 maybe? Also if you get a room directly above the gym - move! it's extra noise!
